There's only three game genres (horror, action, and romance) so at any point there should be more than enough games to assign the right one to each VTuber. This only affects their side-stories so even if you get this wrong the main plot will continue as there are no dead ends.

Meeli's actually a freebie so any game will work with her but now you're wondering why there's only 3 genres if you can hire 4 different VTubers; well sometimes it doesn't matter how hard one works they will always fail :(

It's a fun headscratcher with a clear atmosphere but I wish it were a bit more obvious what keyword actions Adam can take because it can be a bit annoying to get him to do what you want.

I don't believe such a tool exists specifically for Ren'Py so you'd pretty much have to do the math yourself especially if you want to make something like Doom. If you have experience with programs such as blender, unity or other 3D software you can use that as a reference imagining every sprite and background as a flat plane.
For a simpler set up like in this example, I use the sprite height as a reference. I might put sprites at zpos -2000 to give me freedom to move the camera closer (especially for 4K sprites). Backgrounds like forests at -10000, and bedroom backgrounds at -5000. Furniture and the like in between these values depending on how close to the characters I want them to feel.

Yes. The Mac build is the download named osx and has the apple logo next to it. You may need to control-click the .app and open it manually which is a common problem for Ren'Py games on Mac.

Don't let your first impressions of the graphics dissuade you from playing this game. It's actually quite well done almost like a movie in its presentation.
