Yes it is free for use.

Decent game, with nice sprites, although it completely lost the feel of the MV standard troupe. Therese, Marsha, and Lucius were replaced with other actors from the roster; which is kinda disappointing. Also, the inability to use my mouse and the inability to rebind keys was also a major turn off for me. 

A fun, polished, and very short entry, sadly I have to dock it for being a browser only game. 

Always include a downloadable as not all browsers are made/run the same.

An enjoyable entry, sadly I have to dock it for being a browser only game. This does not sit well with me, especially when there is not a downloadable option for this. I've stated this many times before to people but if you plan on making a browser only MV game, you need to include a downloadable version of it as not all browsers are built/run the same.

I did not rate this nor give it a judge score as it breaks the jam rules and uses the Heroine Character Generator DLC (9.99 USD on RPGMaker Web and Steam)

Is this SV Icon in the generator for the Heroine Character Generator

And another standout is the contrast in the gloss on these DLC generator parts in contrast to the base RTP generator parts

As seen below in the snippet from my own generator which also owns this DLC pack.

Thus, this game will be listed as Disqualified from me.

As one of the two other judges on the panel, I myself will judge up to and no longer than the first two hours. 

Because I for one enjoy a good story.
