I couldnt come up with a more interesting mechanic to rob the jewelries so I went with the mashing, but something else would propably been more fun, like one time based tap or something like that.

I really liked the time mechanic from SuperHot.

Fits the speedrunning and the thiefery theme well.

Good idea with the guards and items. I wanted to implement something like that, but unfortunately didnt have the time for it.

Same with the leaderboard bug, I know whats the problem now, but didnt find it in the small time of testing I had..

And after one more test I found the bug that makes it possible to just run to the finish.

I was browsing through the kenney assets and saw the city assets. Then I knew I wanted to do something with them and make some kind of city builder. Though it did not get to be as polished and bug free as I would have liked, it came out quite nice ;)

And yes, balancing was one of the things I didnt get to do.

Yeah, I noticed this bug 5 minutes before I had no more time to work on the project, so I couldnt fix it anymore. If I make an update I'll fix the bug ;)

Yeah I know, SFX would have been really nice. Sadly I didnt have time to add some. If i make a full version of the game I'll definitely add some SFX ;)

I have some ideas to spice it up, like decorating the city in other ways without using money (or just really small amounts of money), because theres not that much color to it. If I decide to make an updated version, there will be more to do ;)

Thats a good idea, if I make an update I'll consider implementing that.

Really nice art style, nice gameplay and sounds/music fits very good. The UI is also very nice.

I first didnt notice you can sell the parts you bought, but found out how to do it. A little hint how to sell the parts would be nice.

But overall really good game :)

And i completely agree with each of your pros and critiques.

Some things had to be left undone (like another extra obstacle for the shield, or the ducking animation feeling a little odd), because I did not have enough time to implement more.

The timer or distance number would have been a fast thing to add, I sadly didnt remember to implement it when I finished up the game.

Unfortunately didnt have the time to do that..

I made the whole house a collider to be shot on, so normally it should work on the whole house.

Did you shoot on the houses with the flags on them?

Well thanks for playing first. I know its a little buggy, but if you forge a weapon and get into the cannon to shoot yourself up, you can then aim by holding down the mouse button and aim on the house. Its a little buggy I know, but most of the time it works.

Second, thank you all for rating my game so high, I really appreaciate it. I know I worked on it more hours than many others, but I really wanted to finish the game. I didnt think it could get first place overall. Thank you all so much! 

I hope that in the next TriJam I participate in, I can make more in the 3 hours than I got done on this one.
