I think this game is really interesting, but whenever possible, I'd really recommend setting up a WebGL version to increase play throughs.

Majicks Smash Update!
We're planning the release of Majicks Dash local multiplayer update by mid-April!
The update will include:
- Local multiplayer PVP style gameplay (knock the player off a platform and collect rewards)
- New maps for multiplayer and single-player.
- Updates for easter eggs and commands.
- Game modes.
- Possible new YouTube content to support the game!
Majicks Dash is a platformer where the players main objective is to parkour through levels, collecting bonuses, milk, and coins, eventually to defeat the boss at the end. It includes a unique dash mechanic where the player is given the ability to dash in any given direction once mid air.
Stay on the lookout for the release of this update!

This was a really cool concept, especially with the tower defense mechanic. The game is a bit unbalanced in the sense that it always feels like I have an inadequate amount of gold to build stronger towers, however, other than that, cool art style and concept. Well done.
Please take time to check out my game as well.
Thanks for such a detailed response! I will definitely take into consideration the suggestions you mentioned. I myself began noticing the flaw in game design where in sometimes you couldn't see spikes and would die instantly. I'm considering adding a bit of a red glow to them that becomes stronger when you become closer so that perhaps you have time to react. A new death system would most likely be of benefit as well. As for the darkness, it's a feature I've been debating with myself for a while, so I'll think about it a bit more. And as for the jump glitch, will definitely check that out. Thanks for playing Spark!
This was a very interesting, "cute", little concept. I really like the art for the characters and I think it was very unique. The UI could have been less...red, and perhaps the instructions for the game could have been a little more clear. Other than that, well done, and please make sure to check out my game!
Very interesting game with a very "special" title if I should say so. I thought the teleportation was really cool and that this game was really immersive. Well done! Please check out my game as well at: Rate Spark by Dino Nuggie Studios for Brackeys Game Jam 2022.2 - itch.io
Really cool idea! The graphics are interesting and immersive and entire new world was created within the spam of a week. Truly impressive.

This is a pretty impressive game. I like the simple art as well as the way this game fits with the theme. It is really heart warming to see someone create a game that conveys a message of feeling good about oneself. Overall great game, can't wait to see more!

Wow, this is a really fascinating concept. I liked the aesthetic and the game play was nice. I would just suggest that in future versions, the game art and feel is published even further to create a feeling of immersion. Overall, well done!

Very interesting concept! I really like it. The movement feels smooth and intuitive, and the camera feel is nice. The laser mechanic is also fun to strategize with and makes for fun puzzle components. Nicely done.

Hi! Thanks for feedback! I feel the difficulty curve is a bit high considering there are cases where it's difficult to see things like spikes amidst the chaos, however, I sort of want to preserve that Spelunky sort of game play. I will find some other way of bringing down the difficulty so that the game is more fun and enjoyable for everyone! In regards to the music, I didn't have time to implement it, even more so, I couldn't find the right music. I also wanted to add sound effects, but couldn't implement them in time. Your proposition on collaborating for music seems interesting, and perhaps we discuss this on a different platform. You can contact me using my email on the Dino Nuggie Studios game page.
Thanks for playing, and I hope to speak with you soon!
Very cool concept with a unique art style. The animations were great and the music and sound effects fit it so well. The only thing I might prefer would be less sloppy movement. It was a bit laggy and disconnected, and perhaps animations that made the walk feel more powerful or connected to the ground might have helped. However, great idea and cool execution! Hoping to see more content from you soon.

I need some feedback and ratings on my game for the Brackeys Game Jam.
Spark is short game where you traverse the void like darkness that constantly threatens to consume Thomas. Guide him through the mazes of the abyss to an even darker path.
Spark includes 3 procedurally generated levels filled with simple, yet ambiguous obstacles. Traverse the levels while being constantly aware of your fading light that could leave you with nothing but despair and death.

This was a fascinating concept! The difficulty curve however was pretty uneven. It spiked in difficulty without giving the player time to adapt. The controls being a bit floaty when dealing with as small space as it was for each level, it increased the difficulty considerably. However, I like the concept, the lore seems like it could have been something unique and interesting. Keep working on polishing the game even further and I see great things for it!

Fascinating game idea. The application of the theme was pretty disconnected, but I don't think it was a horrible idea. I just think a little bit more connection between player input and character movement would be nice. Otherwise, nice game!

Cool game! I really liked the dialogue side of the game. It was very entertaining and naturally contributed a lot to the game's gameplay. A fun play if I should say so myself. Please take time to check out my game for the game jam: Spark by Dino Nuggie Studios (itch.io)
Thank you so much for your feedback. Many of these problems I found after exporting the project, at the time being too late for me to make any changes in time for submission. I'll make sure to improve the feel of the controls as well as patch up collision bugs. One of the biggest mistakes I made during this game jam was lack of play testing, and I will make sure to make up for it in future game jams. Thanks for playing!
Thank you so much for you feedback! The final room you got stuck in was the alternate ending of the game, however, I probably should have made that a lot more clear when I was designing it. In regards to having different sound affects, I'll look into it, as I agree that the sound affects that I put together for the game were a bit rushed. Either way, thank you for your feedback, and I'll make sure to put it to use in the near future.
Very cool game. I really enjoyed going through the many unique and interesting levels in the game. It had cool graphics, nice music, and pretty responsive and smooth controls. The only thing I would recommend is to reduce the screen shake a bit. It's a bit jarring and really throws one off when playing the game. If I may ask, what was your reasoning behind making it so that the player would only have one tool upon entering section (what I believe is) section 3?
