I really enjoy all of your parallax background packs. Ended up making a little site that uses them for creating scrolling animations. Check it out https://parallax-playground.netlify.app/

Smooth animations with a unique art style. The messaging was pretty horrific too. Found myself getting stuck a lot but would be a fun concept to expand on as a  phycological horror platformer.

I LOVE the dithering  effects going on here.  Brings   fluidity and depth  to the visuals. Doesn't get stale with the changing maps. The controls were fluid  enough for a nice runner feel.     Found myself playing this for a while . Great Work!

Was my first game jam and I had a blast!  Ended up flying solo and made a really short game https://itch.io/jam/scream-jam-2021/rate/1246722. I set out to really try to execute something I could realistically build. Despite life and  work scheduling, I was able to do it without pulling my hair out so that's a win in my book. On top of that it has been a blast playing all the submissions. So many spooky and fun games of all kinds of flavors. You all have some major skills.

Great Work! The slow controls  add a lot of tension, the minimal sounds are eerie and    I like the detail with the paintings changing.

Nice work, solid platform horror. I enjoyed the  monster growls and the smacking sound the pits made. Safety blanket ftw!

Oozes with style  and the sound design was great!

Gave me genuine chills. Great music too!  Gonna go take a shower now.

What  kind of sandwich would be best for haunted zombie bread? Was very fun and very polished. Simple and effective. Great Work!

10/10 can pickup used arrows. This was tense, didn't expect some enemies to move so quick. Great aesthetic and tough gameplay made for genuine spooks.

I've never had to think so hard about breathing. I like the atmosphere and mechanics. Was kinda able to mash spacebar to break it, but was hard to keep rhythm and was engaging.

A nice cosmic horror! Fantastic, was real creeped out with the lighting transitions. All dread and no jump scares.

Thanks! The screw   part kinda comes as a surprise haha but the animations and audio effects were a blast to put together.

Thank you! The sprites were neat and I had a blast doing the lighting rendering. Definitely lacking substance but was  ultimately  going for a puzzle escape runner kind of idea, inspired by Dark Deception and Among Us oddly enough. Thank you again for the feedback, I think I'll tinker with the concept a bit more.

Good things its short hehe. The animations were real fun, the monster bite was my favorite.

Thanks! I mainly ran out of time,  but was playing around with a sort of puzzle escape runner kind of idea.

Thank you! I'd like to workshop it a bit to add some more substance.

Thanks!   Good to note, it is a bit scuffed, but I  did make the monster speed jitter a bit.   That's the secret mode where you can just chill with the monsters hehe.

Thanks! Yeah I kinda realized after the fact  the prompt takes a little to long to pop up entirely. Reading it all takes too long and you'll die.   I'd like to play with the idea  bit more, kinda like an escape room runner of some sort.

Thanks! Kinda a lack of instructions at that part haha  but makes it a little more tense.

Thank you!

Thanks! I wanted to get all the pieces in place but didn't have enough time for more substance.

Yeah sadly its rather short,  I would like to expand on the idea a bit to give it some more.

I love the aesthetic and the music. The dither pattern on the lights, love it. Great job.

This was awesome! I love the aesthetic and  atmosphere. +1 for goodest boy.
