Yes it is.

Well packs of models existed for Doom since earlier times of source ports (like Doomsday or something), not in picoCAD format of course :) My effort is pretty lazy also.

For (source port) ingame models I like this voxel models pack, it's pretty well done: http://rdw.xp3.biz/

Lol. Which one is it, coolface or trollface?

I dunno, maybe these are obvious, but I can't find it in manual/guide

  • When moving vertices with arrow keys, what is the amount of units a vertex moves by? Is there a way to move it by one unit?
  • What are initial sizes of meshes like plates, cubes?
  • Is there a way to see coordinates of a vertex?
  • How do model units relate to texture pixels?

Hello. I want to suggest adding  GrafX2 http://grafx2.chez.com/ editor to the picoCAD Guide and jam page resources list.

It's free and open source and supports loading color palette from PAL files or graphic files.

And it is very suitable for working with pixel art/small textures.

Into The TechBase

A retro PC style game with mazes with obstacles :) It features semi EGA-like graphics, 24 levels and 12 BGM pieces. The plot is about a spacecraft driver forced to land at an abandoned space base in order to refuel his spacecraft 🚀
