I didn't realize you could plant pinecones... Is it only Raw pinecones or regular? I vaguely remember trying to plant one of them and it didn't show that little mound planting something usually would.

Just planted a ripe pinecone. Was this something in the release of 0.8.2 or is this only in the testing version?

Work in progress of Completely Woodifying  my base

Getting most of the wood for this from using the Hack Saw on Delivery Crates, and cutting down many orange trees

I think I was preparing for a specific event or burning leftover shit and ended up forgetting about them

Was extending the small bridge I built for Ω-K, and accidentally unequipped my Fanny Pack, and my inv space decreased causing 7 molotovs to INSTANTLY explode

((You could use Bamboo(sugarcane) as a material | Incredibly weak, good scaffolding and very easy to get tons of))

They do not, same goes with bee boxes Not saving hives stored in them.

Atleast There's A New Drive Box Model

Honestly, since it's decoration and not really anything big... I would just use the physgun and welder, cheating it in through the mailbox and converting your save. I really hope nails are fixed, or some alternative is added, like the Welder from the Sandbox menu... or glue could be used on smaller objects, being far weaker but still at least stable to attach points....

Hopefully The Developer Doesn't Feature Creep And Add 100 Different Things That Aren't fully Implemented And Won't Be Threshed Out For The Next Couple Of Updates, And Instead Fixes Existing Issues Or Mechanics  (°°)~

fuck, I was testing in sandbox just now and writing a reply and my dogshit laptop shut off lol

I'm too lazy to rewrite but,

They're not good, even after a save load unfortunately. I was pinning boards to a small structure I build with bricks and after a save load only one of them held. They don't cause any lag when placed in large amounts, when you move the object they're attached to and they begin to break, that's when there's a bit of lag.

If you want an alternative to nails you can use the Pin Box. Whatever you pin will persist through save-loading, but they are incredibly weak, so you'll have to spam a ton of them to hold. It's not great for pinning things to other objects that you will move or that aren't anchored in some way, cause if you move them they'll all break off unfortunately.

I'm not aware if anybody has noticed or figured out how to properly perform it but you can build Diagonally with the wall builder but it's VERY DIFFICULT if not impossible to line up with whatever you're building.  You can use spheres at the point you'd want to build diagonally at or any flat object you could stick in place, and you have to zoom in and click at very specific spots. You can alternatively use wooden planks and angle them where you'd want to start at, usually this is easier but annoying in cramped spaces.

This is what I thought at first, I don't believe it actually is since I was rewatching and thought the actual reason I was sent to the """"backrooms"""" was because of the game placing back the objects around the base, and also the transition from the fog into this also makes me believe it could just be an event.

I've had this happen to me in the past on a different save, and earlier version of 0.8.

I'm not sure what causes it unless it's set to happen at a specific day or time (internal clock / ingame )

(edit, these forum formats are sort of shit and I'm not sure why it wouldn't let me add more)
I can't recall if I've seen anybody post or mention this in the past so I'm not sure if anybody else has had to sit through this before.

There's more text in the description of the video.

This is possibly my favorite thing in this version, allowing you to claim points from Point Mines without getting your ears blasted walking up to them. You could even rename remotes so they don't stack (losing whatever they are assigned to) with Tags (Notes/Paper) I think it's also possible to set them up to even remotely access servers for satellites and be able to repair them remotely, which is super cheesy. When you attempt to bind them to Transformers they'll explode ?Deleting? the remote, so I'm not entirely sure if it is a bug for them to be bound to anything or if it is intentional. Very fun to play with though, especially after repeat playthroughs.

iirc this was added in 0.6.2/3.

had a very long session working like a machine getting to day 19-20 (hard+ , 150%) in one sitting, and didn't have this happen to me. I'm not sure what I did but on a relaunch it appeared and came after me, but it eventually stopped near tr2 and I ignored it afterwards.
