thank you!

There were two variants, one large and one small, the small one having less health. I think that with the resolution we were limited to it was too unclear that the size was changing. Unfortunate to hear that I missed a bit of bad level geo though.
Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it!

My PC screamed that this was a virus.

Lots of fun, satisfying movement and controls, but seems to be running at a way higher resolution than was in the specs,

Adore the mock N-Gage box art and general vibes!

Banging Tunes!

Enjoyed this, forcing the player to drop torches to be able to see and fight enemies, along with the non-conventional controls, really did feel like an old, slightly clumsy Ngage game. Also the whip was a lot of fun, but you can cheese the skeletons by staying just out of their activation range and whipping them to death. The Bow didn't allow this but the Whip did. Had a fun pace of play and you really do get used to the controls. Couldn't ever find any way down to the lower floors though, and the total lack of audio feedback when getting hit got me killed a few times.

Most game engines let you full screen the game, blowing up that 176x208 pixel size to fill a whole high resolution monitor, with black bars on the side. In Godot you do this in project settings IIRC, not sure about other engines.
