Hi everyone, I just released a new game Sea of Shadows, which was created as a submission to the Game Innovation Challenge 2024 Jam. In the game, you attempt to fight your way off mysterious islands which you have found yourself on, all the way getting stronger and stronger in order to survive. The game is an action roguelike, meaning there is no saved progress, but during your runs you can get a variety of cool passives which can vastly change how you play. You also have 3 weapons that you can switch between at any time, which adds more complexity to the fighting as well.

Hope that you all can give it a go!

Hi everyone! I just released my game Infinium a few days ago, and it would be great if you could give it a try. Infinium is a SRPG akin to Advance Wars and Fire Emblem set in a world where humans and robots are fighting a war. Command the units at your disposal effectively by using their strengths and weaknesses, as well as monitoring their Infinium, the power source that allows them to act, to achieve victory.

Here is the link to the game.

Hi! I just released my first proper game Infinium! I hope some of you will take the time to give it a try and see how you find it.

Infinium is a strategy RPG set in a dystopian world where the humans are fighting back against the robots. The key mechanic in Infinium is that each unit has to be powered up by Infinium (the power source) in order to act. Without any power, the unit is stranded. Manage your units and their power levels effectively to acheive victory!

Please let me know if there are any bugs. Hope you have fun playing the game!

Below are some screenshots and a gameplay video.

Glad to hear you liked the game! The wall jumps were quite tricky even for me but unfortunately we didn't have time to provide controller support or make the jumps easier so sorry to hear that it was frustrating. Thank you for playing the game regardless.

Glad you guys had fun on on your first jam, I normally find them really stressful so I don't tend to take part in a lot of them. If you have time, please try out my game.

That sounds really cool to be honest. You guys must be incredible programmers since you actually managed to get a game out in such a unique fashion! If you would like to play my game, please help yourself.

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, there were a couple of glitches that we didn't have time to fix and because of that the game was half the length it was meant to be, but oh well

Press o to interact and p to sprint

oh, sorry. The controls are on the game page, not the submission page. I'll add it

I'm very unsure why this is the case. I've tried to download the files on two different computers and they both worked . Can you delete all the files, then redownload all of them plus the unity player DLL and try again?

Thanks for trying to play the game! Sorry about that: I think you have to download every single file in the zip (someone else had that problem at it worked after they downloaded everything) and then run it. Let me know if it doesn't work!

thanks for playing! Sorry about the download issues, we got stuck for ages wondering how to upload the right files :(

I think they're there now
