I'm blown away at how well made this is, the only problem was that I somehow kept getting stuck too close to walls T_T (perhaps a skill issue xD)

You are 100% correct, I spent all my time on the animations to be left with coding the mechanics later on in the project and it's my first game ever made :')
so I had to kinda cheap out on the mechanics sadly T_T
