shockingly deep, the gameplay loop was very satisfying and i played for longer than many other entries. great job!

try my team's out if you'd like! Rate Defenders of Yore by dcook6302, SilverStones for Brackeys Game Jam 2024.2 - itch.io

gorgeous, relaxing, and the movement is super fun to play around with. not much to do outside of run around and soak in the atmosphere, but that was more than enough to satisfy me!

very good at invoking that anxious feeling of knowing something horrible is coming and there's nothing to be done to stop it. basking in the last few moments of peace before it all comes crashing down. incredible work.

the movement is pretty satisfying, and the visuals are quite nice, but it feels directionless overall.

excellent idea executed very well! super addictive despite its simplicity and i really love the hand crafted art style. incredible work!

charming little experience! definitely on the easier side, not much risk of failing the QTEs but the art style and sound design are stellar!

simple but very effective gameplay loop! i like the idea of shooting out of either side of the ship with different button inputs rather than just one forward shot. really easy way to make the gameplay more unique!

definitely adhered to the theme perfectly! the art style is very well executed and charming. i would make the dialogue boxes disappear on their own, right now they'll just stay blocking the screen forever unless you hit space. otherwise, great job!

simple concept but very satisfying execution! shockingly addictive loop, but it does get repetitive pretty quickly. great job overall!

cozy little game, once i got used to the controls it was a very relaxing experience. i like the art style and music as well!
