Caught a few fish, like the water effects,, crashed  a few times :-) responsiveness was good, please have a look at mine if you can. thanks.

I really liked the aesthetics, good work with the shaders and buoyancy.

I would appreciate it if you could take a look at mine.

charming little experience! definitely on the easier side, not much risk of failing the QTEs but the art style and sound design are stellar!

I love the art style! Those waves are very well done - good job. Really enjoy the vibe of this game. Driving around the boat feels good.

Constructive feedback:

  • I feel like there's some work to be done on the game design/game loop side of things - I didn't see any real reason to catch fish, and the Quick Time Events were so easy that it was almost impossible to not catch a fish/avoid damage from the waves.
    • One thought is that you could sell fish to sell in order to upgrade/customise your boat. That would provide an incentive for players to go fishing. Potentially, some fish which are harder to catch, are worth more.
    • A wider variety of QTEs would help here, I think.

There's lots of potential here, and I'm looking forward to seeing how it progresses post-Jam. Well done!

I really like the models and waves on this! I also appreciate the work that went into the boat actually following the waves.

I did feel as if there was not much of a purpose to fishing, and I also felt that the storm could be a bit more complicated to manage, but it is unfinished as you guys said. Good job :D!

I can tell so much time was spent on making those waves and i must admit they are immaculate. Props to the 3d artist, the game looks great. Next time though, find a way to make a web build of the game and youre game will do 20x better. A simple tutorial woulda been nice but all in all awesome game.

Nice. parts of the water sometimes just disapeared and the fishing part was a bit lacking but the music and other visuals were awesome.

I love how the boast feels to drive, very fun. Great job on your submission.

Not bad, especially the technical side. The floating and the water is impressive. The fishing part is bit lacking though and there's not really a lot to do. Still nice work!

Fun idea, but as you said the game is not finished.

I for example don't know if I actually fished anything while playing?

But the storm effect is quite cool!
