Hi! Thanks for playing my game!

Hi!

Go ahead with the new version of the game! It is a very good game and it deserves a full version.

I will play it for sure 😃

Thanks for taking the time to finish the game! I had help from a friend to make the boss sprites. I'm glad you liked 😃

Hi!

Here is the 24x24 pixels image for the cart launcher

Great game! I loved the NES look!

I hope you finish the other levels.

The game play is well balanced, and it is really fun to play.

Congrats!

Hi K33

Thanks for playing and sharing your impressions of the game!

I'm planning a update for the game and your feedback is really important in this process

It sounds great! If you create that cart launcher, I would love to have my cart included.

Here is the BBS link for my cart

Nice entry! Really cool artwork!

The arcade mode was my favorite!

Good job!

Thanks for playing! I am glad you enjoyed :D

Nice entry! Very fun to play!

Interesting mechanics of collecting stuff. But you have to be careful to not destroy the items while shooting down the enemies.

Congrats!

Great game! Very nice visuals! I loved the transition between the levels.

The asteroids coming from the back catch me by surprise a feel times.

Restarting the game at the last level was a nice touch.

The end was profound...

Congrats!

Nice entry! Very cool artwork!

I was wondering, what is the meaning of the numbers at the bottom of the screen?

Hi! I'm sorry, I did not make my self clear about the EX mechanic. You could explain it inside the game.

Your game is great, one of the best in this jam!

Great game! Nice visuals!

I am not used to play bullet hell games, so it was a little difficult to me to progress through the game. But once I get used, it got really fun. At first I did not understand the EX mechanic. Maybe you could explain in the game description how it works.

Great game indeed!

Congrats!

Great  game! Beautiful art work and solid game play.

I loved the effect of the clouds when they interact with the player.

I think you could give more feedback to the player regarding the overheating mechanic... Some visual that indicate that the gun is ready to fire again.

Overall, great work!

Congrats

Thanks for playing and for your detailed feedback

Thanks for playing and sharing your impressions!

Hi, The Gacko!

Thank you so much for playing my game and taking the time to write a so detailed feedback. I'm really glad that my game caught your attention to the point you take the effort to write this review.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Indeed, I'm not happy with the green dive bombing alien too. I liked the idea of the arrow indicating it is coming. Definitely, it got a place on my to-do list after the end of the game jam. I'm going to have a look for bugs on the green beam shooting aliens as well.

In my earlier version of the game, the bonus was enabled straight away, but I felt that it lacks a strategy to use it, so I implemented the x button to use the bonus. The text tutorial in the first level is a good idea and it got its place on my to-do list as well.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this!

I'm looking forward to playing your game! I'm sure you will bring a great boss for your game.

Simple Shooter Bullet Barrage

In this short basic shmup (Shoot 'em ups) you will face numerous waves of alien invaders trying to destroy our galaxy. Make them feel the taste of your space bullets and cover them with a barrage of bullets

I made this game based in part on the Basic Shmup Tutorial using Pico-8 for the Basic Shmup Showcase Game Jam

The game has 8 procedurally generated levels filled with six types of enemies with different movements and attacks, and the final boss fight.

Great game! The tutorial series is awesome as well! Thanks Krystian!

I'm working in my own shmup based on the tutorial and it will be an entry to the show case game jam.

My high score so far

Hi! Thanks for playing!

Nice score!

Letris is my implementation of Tetris using Pico-8.

I tried to do it based on what I remember as a child playing those cheap Chinese Brick Games that had multiple versions of Tetris clones. (Sadly, no Game Boys were easily available in my country when I was young).

I hope you guys have fun with this game as I had when I worked on it.

Hi!

Thanks for playing! I am glad you liked!

Hi!

Thanks for playing!

To place the towers you have to put the cursor over a tower in the HUD than press Z. Take to cursor over a place you want and press Z again. The cursor is white when no tower is selected, green where you can put a tower and red where is not possible to place it.

Happy new year!

Nice entry! Very polished, great graphics, and good gameplay!

Good job!

Congrats

Nice game! The idea is really cool! Unfortunately, I can't figure out the Dracula stage...

Hi!

I had the same problems trying to play your game on Linux.

Nice entry!

I liked the mechanics and the procedurally generated map.

Congrats!

Hi!

I created one game, but I did not receive any code to share.

Interesting idea! The multiplayer implementation needs improvement as I was unable to join a game. But judging by the screenshots and for the preview video, the game looks nice.

Congrats

Hi!

I couldn't find an arduboy to buy, so I make one!

Thanks for introduce to me the arduboy!

Nice entry! I liked the idea of adding new weapons in the centipede.

Well done!
