We wish we could update faster but right now we are working part-time, not full time on game project so not much we can to do to speed up the progress. Sales from games are bad that we have to do other job and do other stuff to earn enough money to pay bill etc. The economy is really bad all over the world right now with lots of people getting retrenched etc.
You need to focus on improving unarmed combat skill to at least 50% because you can only use this skill at the fight club. The easiest way is to fight drug addict at the abandoned flat and fight them with only punch or kick. Don't use weapon such as pipe etc. You can also talk to Prenny at the abandoned flat and ask to buy medical supplies. Sometimes she has crimson tea for sale. You can drink crimson tea to add 20% to combat skill temporarily to make it easier to hit enemy.
Did you trigger ring event for the day? If you did, then you're not going to get any random event for the day. There's quota of 1 random event for each day. So, in order for you not to trigger ring event, don't walk around city park. Walk on road to go to Old District. From Old District, enter Aspire Park through pavement & walk straight to gym club.
We plan not giving any free copies but we do plan to release Android demo version in the future. We plan to do both for Dream City Fugitive & upcoming Dream City Psyche. For demo version, you can play early part of the game. If players like it, they can purchase the full version.
Giving away demo version is normal for PC games but alien concept for Android games since mobile players always expect to get games for free.
Penny doesn't actually gives lots of money if you do task for her. You can find scrap cloth if you search trash bin at flat, apartment, cloth shop or condominium. Lingzhi mushroom can be found at tree stump at city park or forest. It's quite tricky to find since most trees cover the view. Crimson mushroom is not yet available as underground cave is still inaccessible.
If you're looking to earn money, it's the same as what strategy found in Dream City Profitist game. Buy fishing rod from the bum at city park, buy bread from 24 hours shop to make bait, make lots of bait & then go to forest to do fishing. You'll easily make $200 if you manage to catch lots of eel & sell it to chef at sushi restaurant.
Every Dream city game has Easter Egg (excluding DC Office game) where you can get a gold ring or $100 cash if you walk around city park every day.
If you managed to get into fight club, talk to Hugo from 8 pm until midnight to take part in fight. You'll get $100 if you win the fight.
Upcoming update on late December will add a bit of apocalyptic events so it will affect your progress in the game. If you just want to play for endless game, probably you shouldn't update the game unless you're ready.
Walkthrough is not yet available since the game is still in development. If you have problem in the game, you can just post your question here. There should be upcoming update in late August & it's also official early access version update.
OK, thanks. Just to recap, right now we're working on 3 different games (Dream City Profitist, Dream City Fugitive & Dream City Psyche). All of them are part of Dream City Construct game series to replace the old Dream City Anthology games which already ended in 2022. So, all 3 games are reboot games. If you have time, this should be info included in the subreddit description.
Hi, thanks for creating the subreddit. However, there are some consideration that need to be addressed. You choose DC Inspiration as the subreddit title. This gives the impression that the subreddit comes from developer which is not true (it's subreddit managed by players). We rather you choose the name of any game as title. This should also improve SEO to make it easier for people to find the subreddit as people usually search by game title.
Don't know whether it's worth it to create the subreddit since most of our players are mobile players from young demographics (less than 20 years old). Does young people use reddit? For social media, we're on Facebook & Twitter.
OK, if you get flu, it will take 48 hours to recover. To completely remove the flu, you need to sleep until full energy while recovery is 0. To check progress, you can refer to Statistic screen. There should be health progress under Health tab. This is the same flu mechanics like what we implemented from previous game. No idea why you didn't notice it before since you already have old game.
As for buying grocery, you can check out cake & pastry shop next to diner. It's actually baking supply shop so you can find flour, egg & all kind of baking stuff.Some players probably didn't notice the shop since it has no door from outside.

Dream City Construct games (Dream City Profitist, Dream City Fugitive & Dream City Psyche) already expand previous city from DC Anthology games into a full island. We also include some stories from DC Anthology games into Dream City Construct games. That's what reboot games do.
Both DC Anthology Office + DC Anthology Apocalypse are old games now since both games are based on outdated game world. If you notice, both games doesn't show Dream City as an island. We have no intention to do any major update for both games since it's not profitable to do that.
Dream City Profitist served as introduction to Dream City Construct game series so it makes perfect sense to make it free.
If you haven't noticed, Dream City Construct game series is our new effort to replace the old Dream City Anthology games. So far, Dream City Profitist already replaced DC Anthology Profitist last year and now Dream City Fugitive replaced DC Anthology Underworld. Next year, Dream City Psyche will replace DC Anthology Paranormal game. Once this is complete, there will only be 2 remaining games in Dream City Anthology (DC Anthology Office + DC Anthology Apocalypse).
We no longer use anthology system where we put all games in 1 game because it's a mess when it comes to updating game. Now each game is its own game with separate story. So Dream City Fugitive has its own story which is different from story in Dream City Profitist.
Not for this game. This game has lots of combat & violence in it which kind of weird to include romance. If your focus is romance, wait for Dream City Profitist update.
Right now only 1 person working on all development. What do you expect? Unless there's someone willing to give grant money, it will take lots of time before the game is ready.
The term is dark apocalypse where people mutates into vampire-like creatures with hive mind control due to spread of special virus. If you play DC Anthology Apocalypse, you'll better understand dark apocalypse. Future updates will add lots of story events related to this apocalypse.
If you talk to all 23 characters in the game, you know that some of them are already married (such as Madam Luz & Katherine), some of them are simply weird (such as Mark), some of them are not interested to pursue romance (such as Madam Zue) & some of them are infatuated with other character (such as Ned). That leaves a few available romanceable characters. To implement proper romance for these characters, we have to come out with a set of events that will lead to romance. This is quite challenging process.
