no need to apologize. The hopeless game dev part was a joke, I was just repeating what you said with different words, I was trying to be funny. I love the comment, I actually jumped for joy when I read it.

That sounds awesome man! keep up the great work!

The comment and vocabulary make me feel like a hopeless office worker, and  the profile pic to the left scared the crap out of me. LOL haha.

thanks for the feedback! I am hoping to add multiple endings and do what I can to make it a little more fast-paced, (though the speed of it keeps players feeling hopeless and bored). I also have an idea about a monster that you can use a flashlight on to keep away from the door, that moves toward you every time you break something, but I might  not.

thank you! I plan to polish up what I have now, then move on to bigger updates.

thanks! :)

I feel like other than being easy, scratch's entire thing is messy code. LOL

cool! by the way love the intro.

once I entered a room with a... matress or table or whatever in it by strafing left, the game didn't kill me. It might be rare or a bug when I played for the first time, though.

Thanks man! it worked without crashing this time! :)

this is great! with some more time and effort, and some bug fixes, this could be a really impressive game when it is finished fully! keep working on game development, your doing great! (side note, this would be an awesome mobile game.)

this is awesome, for being worked on for only a week, its amazing! I love the models and the area, and whether it is intended or not, the map is just confusing enough for me to get lost. didn't get to finish, but this game is really good! the enemies could be quieter slower and attack at all angles, and get louder faster, but from closer. also, just a suggestion, but if there was a map system where it filled out as you go along like minecraft would be awesome and it would help with navigation late game.

Great game! for me it was a lot to start out with, maybe you should have a tutorial level at the start.

amazing game!

it crashed. dont know why, probably just me

GG mate.

OH. MY. GOD. may thor strike me down. I may not rate it well, but darn, man that was slick. here is my youtube channel link by the way:    https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChy02nMw6E2lM85Mi0xntvQ

this is really cool! I have been coding on scratch for four years now, and just recently moved to godot and I probably won't end up making a platformer as good as this on scratch.

good job man! maybe you should check out my submission. It is my first Godot game and my first game jam that I have finished, but I have been on scratch for 4+ years, so I guess that shows. :)

thank you! originally, I wanted to have multiple endings and a longer script, but I didn't have time. tell me any feedback or if I should continue development.

decent! is this your first game jam game?

Like gambling with bombs for children! I love It
