I'm so glad I get to review this one as part of the game jam. I'll echo my public comments on the project page:

A concise setting that seems easy to run and customize. Good loot tables. The Treants are fantastic. Nice work

The Hexen influence is strong, and you've done it justice. This is a great starter in just a few pages with a solid conquest roll mechanic. Full marks.

Don't sell yourself short. I think you've got a shot.

I love Dryad/ Druid/ Princess Mononoke-type encounters that blur the lines between "It's a monster! Kill it!" and "Wait, are we the baddies?". This is a quality example.

I have one request: Update the description page with an art credit so you meet the rules of the Jam? I don't want to see this entry be disqualified.

Ambitious, yet functional and concise. The margin notes are fantastic.

I will absolutely use this. Very nice work.

The hooks in the Getting the Party Involved section are simple and effective. The noose is nasty and gives me Nicodemus-from-Dresden-Files vibes. Great use of that trope. The maps have an old-school feel.

A decent item with a solid risk/ reward. Nice layout too.

Simple, easy-to-follow, and yet full of flavor. Throwing a forest dragon at level 3-4 players is a great bit of expectation subversion.

Did you give an art credit that I missed? Full marks otherwise.

I initially thought that the Tutelage bit about torches lit by the wizard's small flame lasing twice as long was too OP, but I think you balanced it well with the crippling fear in darkness. Nicely done, and the layout is gorgeous.

This is great content, especially the Plots Afoot section, but the format almost steals the show. Fantastic work

Yup, same. I love what I've read though.
Going to try converting a half-finished 5e adventure and see how that goes.

For anyone doing the same, I found a decent conversion chart on Reddit titled 5e_monster_conversion_chart from Phantom3649. I recommend downgrading all damage by dice type (d10 down to d8, d6 down to d4...) but otherwise what they came up with seems okay in very limited playtesting.

Anyone have similar advice or experience?
