Glad you liked it! Thank you :)

Thank you :)

Thank you! Glad you found the level completion to be satisfying :)

Really glad you felt that delight!
Indeed, the music rhythm was one of the more difficult parts, I started really late into the jam and had little time distributed to work out how to best match a good rhythm and map design. You also made me realise the placement of the beat counter could be improved too. Thank you!

Thank you! :)

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)

Thank you! Taiko fans unite! :)

Thank you for your suggestions! Indeed, that is the biggest bug in this game, that the player is locked only after the collision is registered one or a few frames too late, which allows the player to get by even if they get caught. Will definitely fix that. Will also see how the map can be better designed to maximise the concept!

Glad you liked it!!

Loved it! Its kind of like a endless runner x rhythm x heavy meme fun. Really like the whole feel of the starting setting, had a strong epic vibe to lead into the game. Perhaps the one thing was I wasn't sure what the pears were for, and hitting all the arrows, as it seemed I just had to survive to get through. Anyways I also made a rhythm game, feel free to check it out!

Thought my score was high until I see people comment higher scores haha.

Simple but fun! The screen shake really adds to the satisfaction. Great choice of music as well. Perhaps a visual indication to show how much time left till a troll is out of the hole, such as showing it slowly climbing out of the hole would be nice. Loved it!

Really really well done! Was looking out for rhythm games as I made one too (though not the traditional kind). Am impressed by the level of polish of the game. Having the whole calibration at the start really show your care for the player. While not the most original, really good job on the work. Would love to see varying difficulties and levels, and am curious how you would change up the game if it is expanded. Great work!

Love this game! Love the aesthetics, and like how well the spawning mechanic of the trees that seem sporadic is actually grid based. Well done on that.

Thank you! Oh I did not realise the jittering. Will look into this! And yes the audio is free and taken painstakingly sourced from free audio sites haha. Thank you!

Thank you for the review! Glad you enjoyed it :)
Ah, didn't realise that! Perhaps I can adjust the camera scale based on the size of the level map. Thank you!

Love the visuals! The settings and execution is superb!

Suggestions wise, as I am not an avid chess player, was hoping to have visuals on where I can place my pieces for my next move. After selecting a piece, I can't release it as well. I also found the camera movements to be a little too sensitive.

Thank you for your review! Glad you enjoyed the experimental rhythm concept! Ah thank you for noticing the monsters :)
Yes, will definitely explore more mechanics and refine the timing, interactables and layouts. Thank you!

Overall a very charming game!

Pros:
The art visuals are very pleasing, love the effects as well!
Enjoyed the typing to cast spells mechanic.
Liked the small but not too small map that encouraged exploration.

What can be improved:
It took me quite awhile to realise I had to type to cast spells, as it wasnt in the controls.
Q,E with enter and mouse was a little awkward.

Overall, I enjoyed it!

Thank you for that! This is my first sprite-based game, so thanks for the advice on the visuals!

Yes, the drumming rhythm is quite experimental. Will take your feedback and see how it can be improved! Thank you for your rate!

Super creative and fun! but really too short! hope to see more level mechanics

Great game! This was so difficult! I like how snappy the controls are, but sometimes I couldn't jump when I'm walking right. Maybe slightly less sensitive keys would be nice :)

Love this game. Understatement.

Lovely game! I enjoyed it. Fitting music and nice snazzy visuals. RT LykaLyka on the tutorials, didn't realise I had to shoot myself to move. Otherwise, good job :)) Look forward to more!

Thank you so much! Love your cute avatar :D

Thank you! The initial intention was to make it a difficult/frustrating game, but from what we see, we will look into whether that should be the case (or so soon into the game). Perhaps making the platformer slightly more fluid will improve the experience. Thank you for the feedback!

Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you for such kind praise :) We will definitely work on this further!

Haha thank you! Oh dear, hope a bird won't come in and destroy your keyboard haha

Thank you!

Thank you! Yes, will likely adjust the difficulty, might have made it too difficult. Didn't want it to be easy but ended up making it harder than expected. This is helpful!

Loved the game! Is there an end game for this or is it endless? Kind of wish the difficulty would scale as you play longer!

Thank you! It was alittle difficult to develop both the 3d and the 2nd in the time limit, hence it was much shorter than planned. But glad you liked it, will definitely build on it :)

Thank you lemm! Will definitely build on the game :)

Thank you so much! Glad you like the meta approach to explaining the control screws :)

Haha it seems like we have two groups of players, those who hate it and those who love it xD Keep your windows closed and thanks for playing!

Thank you! Will  defo work on polishing the 2D mechanics to make it even more fun :)

Thank you so much for the constructive feedback! We really had lesser time to flesh out the 2d mechanics as we focused on the 3d first. Yes, these are great suggestions, will definitely look into them after this jam :)

Thank you for the feedback :) Yes, will definitely work on the 2d level designs!

Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it :)
