ty

great game and mechanic and i loved the leaderboard.

I just released my horror game after some time of work. its my second ever horror game and i think it got out pretty well.

So about this game its about a person who went to a vacation but in his vacation place there is some myth about some monster.

Please comment what ever your thoughts are about the game.

Will you keep posting on itch?

the mechanics are great and its a really fun game.

i think if you would add a scoreboard and main menu it would be even better.

And for computer players i would be happy to see a button (on the keyboard) for shootng.

but overall you made a great game.

good luck with the steam release.

The portal select looks cool

Does building a house take resources

wow great ideas I really liked them.

You are right the home island is a thing you should spend the most of your time on.

This stuff gave me an idea maybe make an option to players trade between them stuff like pets farm resources and maybe some more stuff you might add to the game.

thats a long list.

but i liked the idea of the multiplayer in home island and i got a feeling you can do with this something

espacially with the pets.

i am not sure if its a good idea but you can do fights between the pets(even tho it would look like pokemon unless you thing about a different kind of fight).

in short i have a feeling you can do something with the pets and the home island.

Will you eventually try out multiplayer in the game?

how many maps are you planning to do in total?

do you also make posts on another platform like twitter because it wont take extra work you just need to copy and paste and i believe posts on other platforms than itch are getting seen more.

If you plan to upload the game on steam eventually (which i hope so) just know that you can make steam rewards

I liked the starting shields. I think you should keep them in. I dont think its too powerful

yeah for the blueprint

I think frasfay turret should cost more than 100 maybe 230 and I liked the new turrets

the new trader researches look awesome

I dont think you should be concern about that probaly someone who is pro in the game already had beat the first map.

About your idea of making multiple maps with varient of storms i think this should be a part of a story mode. You can make to each map one special building for example in a ice map you can make a camp fire so they don't get too cold. And after each map you can give them a bridge style based on the map and a note of the story (those you already give after winning the game). You can also make the storm a bit different for example lowering the cold of the settlers in the ice map and instead of lighting you can do something else nature do shooting ice.

i meant that the time it produce and the resource it take to what it gives is how it should be

Yesterday when i made a run and discoverd this thing i really liked it when i discovered what it does. The level of it felt good. One suggestion put in every post a link to discord to expend the server and also write in there when you make a post.

The pets look like they are going to be a cool feature.

looks like you found a nice way to not overwhelme new players but I think also a quick tutorial would be nice. Show them how to make a resource building, food building and a card which you will get a settler in, than a defense building (all of these stuff won't take as much resources as they do in the real game so it will be quick) and in the moment the player builds the defense building, spawn a weak storm that even the small defense he made will destroy it.

i mean by weak shield that the shield wont be as strong and as big as the normal shield (in the size i meant it will only protect the turret him self) and after each storm if the turret survived so the player can fix the shield using resources. i think the strom should hit the turret once and keep going and the shield will be able to take one hit(one hit from only one storm) and in the second hit the turret will get destroyed.

OR

that it will take more time to desroy the turret.

i think the first option is a bit better as long as the resources to fix it are not too easy to get.

About the way tommorow you are uploading the new version of the game right? i really wonder if you are going to win the jam, guess we will see tommorow.

so if i got you right you dont want to make the game feel like if you dont put shields you are going to lose. right?

you maybe can give each turret a weak shield it wil spawn with.

And i think if the turrets will be able to shoot also backwords it will look and make the game feel better.

about you dilema

i didnt understand what you mean by turrets shooting backwords, but i do understand that you are worried about people spamming shields so maybe just make a limit to how many shields you can create and maybe after each storm make that limit a bit higher.

thanks for the commant and actually shooting the bow will be nicer than just a ray (and about the way I watched your stream)

Here is my game: who took my son? where am i?

here is a screenshot so you will know how good is my game :)

thanks

Waiting for it.

Hi first of all you can be sure I would want to see what you have made because you are doing some great stuff. Looks like you are doing your stuff very fast and good which explains how you made this game in just one week.

Styles:

The bridge styles are looking really nice. I don't have a lot of bridge styles right now but I do think a flame one would look sick (and should be hard to get in the game)

Moving:.

I think you made it in a really high level and looks like you found to it a nice place (the button to move it) but you should put the moving button a bit farther from the deleting button but close because it's a nice place  because people might click sometimes on the deleting button instead of the moving button. By the look of the gif it looks like it gives you more control  and the ability to strtegise.

I hope you will continue to share because you are really doing some amazing stuff. And I hope you will get to your goal to put it on steam which I really think you can do.

haha

thanks and maybe you had a bug with the sound because i did put some and you are the first one to say that. or maybe in the sttings you set it down to 0.

First of all and probaly a lot others have said that the graphics of this game are great and it also proves that unity can also make some nice graphics and not only unreal engine.

It was pretty fun the movmenet was great and the ghost really jumpscared, but there was one thing that annoyed me is that after you die you go back to the very start of the game which is annoyying and when i come back i need to do what i already did again.

thanks for the comment. i will check out your game.

edit: i fixed the slippery movement and i played rated and gave you feedback

Hi yyz i thought about your game a bit and i had an idea for getting better in the game when playing.

The idea is:

Maybe make a chest system in where you can get pets, bridge styles, and airplanes if you actually going with it with and money to upgrade those things and in each game the player plays he will be able to use one of those things he got out of the chest.

Achievements:

You can also do so when you do something spacial based on how spacial or hard to do it you can get a chest in a different level.

Design:

You can make the chests in the shape of a card like those inside of the game it self.

I would want the ability to move the buildings because if you build something and want to move it you can not and it's just stuck there forever and if you can move the building it adds to the game some need of strategy which is pretty nice like the need of strategy in clash of clans where you need to put the buildings in spesific places to make a strong base.
