I think it updates the value in the background but redraws before the score saves or something lol --- 2nd play through was a perfect run, but showed my high score from the past run

This is very simple but very well polished. Mechanics of actually making lip-to-lip contact were nice, visuals and music were on point. As a mechanics guy, I wish there were something more "game-y" to it, but this is definitely one of my favorites so far. 

Gameplay is a little slow so far for my interest, but the idea and aesthetic are great. Curious to poke in on later builds of this!

Takes me back to flash game days. The game over dialogue made me laugh out loud, so that's good on ya. My biggest gripe is that it seems like the hitbox is the entire arm + knife, which means any hazard that falls through the center unavoidably gets hit. Would like to play again if hitbox were strictly knife.

What's the highest achievement value, I stopped when my screen was all green fish but I must know if I have conquered the tank

You got an extra star out of me just because the 2d fish pic in the bottom left reacts to what you're doing (eating, sprinting, etc), I'm a sucker for that lol.

Biggest polish update from here (in theory) would def be making it so that the ground doesn't just fall away into the void --- even a looping texture with some kind of fence or something would feel nicer I think
