Gameplay is a little slow so far for my interest, but the idea and aesthetic are great. Curious to poke in on later builds of this!
a bit janky but a cool idea
I love the idea of building stuff here is my first cute creation ... however when I play tab back to go into the ship mode it just jumps through all buttons in the screen and does not go there, wonder if I am doing something wrong
Hey, if you are in freebuild you should always be able to swap back and forth between build and play. If you are in survival mode then there is a "cost" on the top right. If the cost exceeds your current scrap then you cannot exit. To make your ship cheaper remove parts or try out freebuild!
I like the idea and it's a fun game just the fact that you get stuck if you don't have enough scrap to afford a certain piece is rather annoying. (As well as not being able to see the cost of the parts after already setting them down.)
Music was relaxing and the art suited the game. ^^
I don't think the game works in browser. I can't get out of the build menu
Normally [TAB] would put you in an out of the build menu, just tried it out and for me that seems to still work :>
Though if that also doesnt work for you im sorry :/
Edit :
Just came to my mind that you might not be able to exit the build menu because of the costs of your build blocks (shows you at the top right)
Lemme know if that works for you!
I just checked again, if I just open the menu, I can close it with tab. But if I click on a ui element, tab just cycles between them.
Edit, that might be it. It should probably be communicated better then.
