Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks!

Thanks for playing and the feedback! That silly bug is popping up too much.  Working out a fix for it will be fun lol xD

Thank You, I am happy you enjoyed it!

This was pretty cool! I only found the on pc with very basic info on it so I did not really have much idea on what to do.  I did find and follow around some red eye guys for a bit before I lost them to the darkness. The story is based on a thought provoking subject so I would love to see a more polished version someday.

Took me a few times to figure out that I needed to press space bar after being hit. Even though it was on screen with so many things going  on I just did not see it. Controls are a bit complicated for my personal tastes but I did manage to have a good time at the start of levels when things moved a bit slower.

Thank you very much!

After some testing I believe this was from pressing the space bar. I saw someone mention this in an earlier comment and it looks to do about the same thing, I have also not been able to recreate  it w/o pressing the space bar.  I guess I must have tried to jump or something out of reflex. At least it is easy to replicate, and hopefully it will be easy to fix

The game looks nice, but for me is a little dark. It was hard to see the walks and I often got stuck in them.  I am not good at top down shooters so I found the game to be hard. I think I killed one orb in the 5 attempts I played.  The shooting sound was really nice!

When the fix happens please let me know...   I love your last commit on GitHub, glad I am not the only one with commits like that xD

Thank you!

Thank you very much!

Thank you for taking the time to add your ideas!

  • I will defiantly look into moving the pivot and see how that feels, It is something I had thought about doing but it got lost to that monster called time
  • The code for the movement of everything is pretty bad imo. Well not bad, it works to add some movement and variety to the game but  is just not what I was going for at all.  I will look into smooth interpolation, I have heard of it but never really played around with it. I bet this explodes my brain and allows me to do exactly what I wanted to do in the first place.
  • SPOT ON!  My first thought was to make a metroidvania-lite that was much larger! A full body realistic human circulatory system with  realistic anatomy and physiology functions that you had to learn to mimic or overcome to go to different areas of the body.  No way I could do that in 2 weeks.. probably not even in a year lol.  I may return to the project and see that vision come to life, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.

I really enjoyed the music! Took me a while to get the controls down but once I did I had a great time playing! I'm happy to see that you plan on continuing your work on this, I look forward to see where you take it.

The spheres lived on off under my control!  The dash mechanics was fun, and being able to pick up bubbles of yourself after things dies was really cool!

This was a really interesting game.   I found myself trying to get the art to be good... not an easy task but was fun. The voice really added to the atmosphere.

The audio was really nice and creepy fitting in with the visuals.  I managed to get past the first puzzle and back to the start area but was too short on time to continue, I definitely want to revisit this so that I can finish. I read all the text in my head like cavemen, it was a enjoyable experience overall.

Good game over all. Puzzles were easy and not frustrating. The Music was very relaxing as was pushing around the objects to the proper places.

The story writing was well done and very descriptive, I will keep an eye on this for updates for sure!

(1 edit)

This is probably the most polished endless runner I have seen this jam so far.  I liked being on the other side not needing to time jumps but plan obstacle placement.

Was very busy and hard on the eyes, but I liked the chess theme and overall player control was great!

Pretty solid game!  A bit on the difficult side, but the sound design more then made up for that!

Thank you for the feedback!

I have no idea!  Tomorrow I have some free time in the afternoon so I will throw on OBS and try to recreate it so I can send you a video and hopefully more info.

I became a ghost, then I was not a ghost and I still don't know why lol  I really liked the art work and hope that you do continue working on this.

I was really confused with how to get to the platforms, I did have fun making art in the sand!

There were a ton of enemies and some times it felt like they spawned right on top of or behind me.  Having a mini map with the enemies locations would be a nice feature to add in the future imo.

I fell for the bait to the left of level 3 lol  Over all a good start.  It has an issue with the player character getting stuck  when you touch the side of platforms and that gets kind of annoying.  Over all this is a great start, when you get the time to add sounds it will really bring life to the game!

Watching the little dude circle roll around was so fun i played the level 3 times.  It is very simple and "just one level". But it is also complete game loop with a start menu, game play and the ability to restart/exit when you win/die.  Definitely a job well done imo.

I had a good time with this. I like the fact that you added a death counter, it adds so much replay value!  The art is nostalgic reminding me of old flash games.

Oh my goodness, the speed of the background made me dizzy.  Even with that I managed to get farther in this endless runner then any of the others I have played in this jam so far.  I think that is because the obstacles are very consistent so you can get into a rhythm.

Pretty solid game! I liked that there were some landmarks. I would have enjoyed it more if I could just move my mouse without needing to click to look around.

I had a good time trying to figure out the best strategy and placement of things.  It was really rewarding to get to that next section after trying and failing a few times.

Rage!  This brought back my PTSD from super monkey ball and I'm not even mad about it.  Great game! Like others said music would be nice.  Super glad you added the timer!

There is a nice variety of mechanics here.  I clipped through some of the platforms if I landed near the edge.  I would love to see this developed further.

I was almost at the wings then the game bugged out and crashed. I really enjoyed the game up to that point.

I like the concept of changing sizes with each jump and having to plan out how you are going to kill all the enemies. I also like that the art was cohesive, looks self made , and not traditionally "pretty".  The jump feels a bit fast and it can be hard to land where I am trying to go. Or maybe I just suck.  xD
