A bit overwhelming at first, but I'm loving the concept! I'll have to break this out at a hangout soon... Also I might use this character creation for TTRPG NPC creation

I don't have powerpoint, maybe you could upload a silent lets play video?

Rage game in the middle of narrative experience was a bit jarring, but I got through it! I liked the character designs & progression. I really admire anyone telling a complete story in the context of a jam game. I think some checkpoints & visual consistency would go a long way.

I learned a few new things about one of my favorite games! I appreciate the writeup and it's a very unique submission. I love it!

Fun lil prototype. Reminds me of Glover

This is really neat! Google Translate didn't quite do it justice, but I'm really charmed by what I could read. Fun idea and I love adventure starters.

Here's the google translation of the first page for any other English speakers.

Oh neat! This really breaks the bounds of what I'm used to seeing. I dig it, you could do some really neat stuff with this @ conventions.

Big Flash era vibes. Silly & simple. <3

You goober, anyone can rate games this time!

Simple, fun. Love it!

This just gets Pompous Trash

Okay fixed! WEBGL on the itch.io page! : )

Itch.io is being weird! Struggling to upload it at the moment, coming ASAP!

It won't launch for me : s

Great use of the jam! Fantastic illustrations!

It struggled on my 4k monitor (didn't scale well) but it played fine. I enjoyed it. Kudos on making a VN outside renpy (no beef with renpy, just fun to see).

Neat vibe. Feels a bit scattershot, but there's a lot of neat stuff happening here. Puppet vibe / lighting is cool. I'm charmed.

I love aggressively gesturing at gun-boi

Great use of the jam. Simple / can't go wrong with shootin' stuff.

I love the skellys

Rad use of the jam. I love the use of Blockly for VNs, it's super intuitive and I'm surprised it hadn't been done before.

I love seeing proof-of-concept submissions. There's some neat lil stuff in here. Awesome job gettin' it "done" : )

I can't launch it :c

Opens a "open file" dialogue

If you follow this page, you can build the game to an EXE so it is easier for more people to play your game!

It was simple & I enjoyed it. I love lil wizard boi

It isn't compiled, you can run it by downloading Love2d and dragging the folder into the Love2d exe

Good point! I'll get that added as soon as I'm back from vacation

For the record this has nothing to do with me or Dream Toaster. Funny bit tho ; p

I dig this, mini zine games are awesome

PSX Haunted Render pipeline used. Rest of assets original.

I'm really excited for this just off the screenshots!!!

The answer I posted to another post on this:

We have an article on the itch.io page that is very helpful. A great description I heard recently was "High Concept Jank"

Join our Discord! We'll be chatting and making teams there. Link on the Itch page

I'm glad you enjoyed it : >

I'm excited to watch! Thank you for sharing!!!

This design was neat. Rough, but effective. Definitely deserved to do better in the rankings than it did.

This really reminded me of a few of my gamejams. Simple, but I enjoyed it : )
