Hey Kelsy - no problem, apologies just saw this comment now and totally get it. Have updated with my own art so all good.

Yes just uploaded version with my own art.

I would love the handouts/NPC portraits as high res scans zipped up. I share assets on Discord with my players and while I can screen grab and paste it would be awesome to have these as an asset pack.

Updated today 7/1/24 with a few additional items and layout updates.

Hi, I’ve re-added the PDF, not sure which bag of holding the original disappeared into.

How strange, it was there as it’s been downloaded… I’ve re-added apologies.

Thank you - I agree, every Dungeon needs a mutant baby! I also like the fonts - especially in print - I think it works well A5 and as a booklet.

Format is A5. 2x pages is one A4. Designed to be printed as a booklet - so 4x pages on a single sheet. I have provided the maps as additional downloads if folks want high quality prints or want to use them in virtual tabletops.

Thanks, glad you enjoyed it. It’s one of those weird things that happens with A5 format, printed feels totally different to onscreen PDF. Try the version with the dyslexic fonts - super readable and a little more spaced out.

Thank you so much for your great feedback!

I know exactly what you mean. I have Open-dyslexic and Atkinson Hyperlegible on my computer as default because I need them too - I’m second in a line of 3 generations of dyslexics. I will ensure all future games of mine have a readable version. Let me know how this goes - I’ve used Atkinson for body text because it’s a little more compact and Open-dyslexic for headings.

I uploaded the maps separately (for folks wanting to use in VTT) and as an appendix in the game. I took the brief to mean actual game length of 8 pages. Also mine is A5 format so I’ll take 2 A5 = 1 A4. :)

It looks so good. Can’t wait to see what else you add to the overland/hex crawl contents. Are you bringing in any elements from the bestiary or leaving those on the website?

Delve into the heart of a monster riddled crypt in this 3 level Shadowdark Gauntlet.

Crypt of the Mad Alchemist is Gauntlet or Funnel designed for 4 players / 16 level 0 characters. Your village has fallen a caustic slime that crawled from the forest forcing the locals to retreat. It covers everything and you huddle en-mass, at your wits end, considering evacuating permanently. Your friends have gone in search of answers and have never returned. Now, desperate for answers, you must sharpen your pitchforks and grab your rusty swords and head down into the depths of the Mad Alchemist’s crypt for one last attempt at answers. Your character will likely not survive; don’t get attached. But perhaps, for a lucky few, when they emerge victorious and level up they will begin the long climb so adventure God-hood.

Included are: • 8 A5 pages of high adventure • 2 page bestiary • 2 pages of tables • 4 battlemaps

Formats are: • PDF – spreads • PDF – pages • PDF – printable booklet • 4 high res maps for use with VTTs

Caverns of the Dryad Queen is a Mork Borg one-shot where adventurers are forced to enter the lair of one long since removed from the ending of the world. The down-side is you choose between choking pestilence or certain death. The upshot, well this is Mork Borg after all.

Free to download and supported through donations. Enjoy! https://hackrpg.itch.io/caverns-of-the-dryad-queen

Done, this tongue-in-cheek OGL satire adventure is now ready for Ex Libris.

Done :)

An eagle-eyed adventurer found that room 2 was momentarily taken as royalty payments to the Cynthlord. It has since been retrieved from the layer it was hostage on and is returned to its rightful place.

Did you really think your characters were your own? As brave adventurers in this MÖRK BORG adventurer you have to carry the scroll of OGL to safety through the lair of the Cynthlord. Beware, not all is at it seems. Many trials and secrets await you in this one-page protest adventure.

Unlucky enough to have been press-ganged into finding out what boiled those villagers alive? Now you’re knee-deep and muck and very much looking for an out with the coin. Will this last foolish act of yours be your undoing? Probably.

The world is ending, as worlds tend to do. What right did you, one of few still clinging to the rank bones of the past, think you had? Did you really think the kindness of strangers was a temporary respite? And now look at you hurtling into the dark chasing a nightmare. Do you think it will end well? That the god-awful clicking noise dying away is a good thing? Oh, the horrors that await you…
