I don't have any controller 😭

Thank you, Adriaan! Glad you enjoyed it

In Literally me, you explore a poetic world with typographic art and concrete poetry visuals. You can also create objects and make your own art! A submission for Ludum Dare 55, it unites exploration, creation and beautiful visuals  to form a singular experience.

Hey, Ian and Gemma! You've inspired me to do a game for Ludum Dare 55 with similar visuals where one can also create objects in runtime. Thank you so much for creating these creative games with out-of-the-box, artistic visuals: they've been really giving me motivation for going forward as a technical artist!

This game is technically very well done: everything works smoothly, at least so far as I played. It's one of those entries I'm glad this is a GitHub jam, so that I can go later and see how it was done. Good job!

If you'd like to play an innovative word puzzle game, try mine!

If you got to that point, there's probably a hint you didn't associate with this puzzle yet.

This is a very misterious game, so you must find how it works by yourself.

This is an English/Portuguese translation of the Chinese translation by Haoyu Qiu of the original Japanese NodeEscape. I have no copyright interests and this is just a study project intended to make this interesting game known to more people.

If you're looking for some interesting puzzles, pls check out my game-- it may be a bit hard to get but I promise it pays off!  https://hitsuono.itch.io/the-voybit-manuscript

Aaaaah I want to play this game so much but it won't run on my browser. Can you provide an executable?

Thank you very much for the feedback! I updated the game itch.io page with better instructions, hope it can be of some help

Thank you for the feedback! What exactly did you find hard to figure out?

I find this game's graphics just exuberant in face of the 1bit limitation! I don't play many turn-based games, so it took me some time to be able to get handle of it, but overall I really enjoyed the game! Good job!

Took me some time to get how the game worked (having colors inverted confused me), but then I quite enjoyed it! Using just three properties to describe all these shapes seems like a good challenge, and I wonder how an expanded version could work. Well done!

The way the game idea plays with the two colors is one of the reasons why I like this jam so much! I'd like to see an edition with an even faster rabbit, although perhaps with a simpler level. Clear and functional concept, good job!

Thanks for the feedback!

I think this game is very successful in what it proposes, from the sharp gameplay to the almost-got-there difficulty, just as you would expect from games of this genre. Makes me want to play it more after the rating period. Also very suprised to see how complete it is. Good job!

The atmosphere the maze has in these pixelated, 1bit graphics is truly of being lost in an unknown, confusing space! You never know what you'll find in the end of a corridor- which looks more like two white cones than an actual physical place. Well done!

I thinkthe  gameplay is very solid and can have much space for interesting mechanics if expanded. Maybe being able to use a card even after an enemy's death (like healing) would be an interesting choice. Well done!

Thank you very much for this feedback!

This is a 1-bit, 1-dimensional word game. Use prompt commands and your 1D perspective to form and find words in this introduction to the famous Voybit alien manuscript!

"This is an introduction to the famous Voybit digital manuscript. The manuscript is an alien codex intercepted by anyonic ray detectors several centuries ago, compressed in the now almost unseen F3T protocol– making it available for human and machine comprehension. Its archives went little noticed for a long time, until it was essentially rediscovered by professor Voybit in the last century, remaining mostly a mystery to this day. This archive is intended to help those brave young xenocryptologists who might want to take a chance at exploring its secrets"
