While they are less convenient and I don't think you can upload without the game, there are ways to download steam workshop items for games you don't have on steam

Always great to see a vore game that's actually a unique game with fun mechanics, and you should probably add the "vore" tag here so more people can find it, can't wait to see more from you, whether it's updates or other games.

It launched fine initially, but after saving, closing it, and reopening it, it doesn't automatically enter fullscreen and the menu doesn't work

Never mind about the bottle, I missed the evade skill and never saw the text on the push skill pickup (meaning I never realized that you could gain new skills) so I figured the unavoidable death on the right side marked the end of the map

What do the "perma" setting and bottle do?

There is one thing I'd like to point out though (obviously spoilers), it's certainly not a story-breaking plot hole, and I wouldn't even be surprised if it's intentional, but I still feel like I should mention it:

The MC has some evidence that could arguably suggest that if he isn't innocent the prince would likely be involved too, it's far from definitive proof, but it's definitely there:

most motivations someone might have for killing a king would also apply to killing the rest of the line of succession

when he was outside after ball incident the MC would've had a good opportunity to approach the prince in a situation where there would likely be no witnesses, he could escape if there were witnesses or the attack went wrong, and he wouldn't be particularly suspicious if he was caught approaching the prince as long as he wasn't visibly armed, and while no one witness can confirm this, the prince could confirm his own presence, Lyall could confirm that the MC was there, and the MC knowing the prince was there (and what he was doing) would confirm that this was at the same time

in that case is it at least possible to back up old saves?

is there any way to update old saves to work with this version?

iirc one of the ditto animations has mtf, but otherwise all gender transformations seem to be from rut berries

From what I can tell every consumable except orbs restores some satiation (which would make perfect sense if the point of the hunger system is to give players a reason to use consumables with negative effects on themselves) so in theory it should be rather difficult to get into a situation where you can't do anything but starve, but I still agree that it would be an improvement to have some guarantee that starvation is never the only option purely due to level generation
