I will say that creativity of players can be hindered in a video game as opposed to tabletop. I haven't played much of Baldur's Gate (been too busy), but I imagine you can't just decide to load up a bag of holding with 300 pounds of rocks, hop on a flying broom/mount and fly up 300 feet above an enemy and just dump out the bag.

D&D is awesome because it's a toolbox, a set of guidelines. One that for the most part can easily accept new guidelines that you want or not use one you don't like. Even what lore there is is flexible in that way. Want drow society to be super kinky (if less respectful of limits) rather than just have them be flat out evil? You can do that. Want to add in an entirely new class/subclass? Go right ahead. Don't like that Restrained just means you can't move or attack? Make a new system. Want the players to simply pass out instead of be killed after 3 failed saves? You can change that.
Hell, I wrote a fairly lengthy doc adding a bunch of kinky adult items and a few mechanics once when I was playing on a Kink oriented server. It included different restraints, sex toys, a revamp of the restraint system, skills and feats that could be learned, magical enchantments, ect.
Think of it as D&D being Open Source, you can put in whatever you want, including things others have already done that aren't official.
Couple ideas for more scenes.
Desperate Customers: Random customers will be desperate to do their laundry and if told 'no' they may offer something. Alternate would be customers who forgot/don't have their money being a random occurrence.
Angry Customers: a few scenes to make up to customers for doing a bad job (underwash/overwash), or to perhaps change their minds.
Dealing with the Police: Have a few options to get the police suspicious and ways to throw them off. Maybe some time locked in the washer to brainwash them?
RPG Elements/Upgrades: An actual economy system, IE you need to make X amount of money every day to keep the lights on. For example you'd have 5 washing machines in your shop to start with, buy more/better machines. Maybe some strange washing machines this pink fellow with slimy hands in a trench coat is offering to sell. Telling the girls to work off their debt actually has them work for you (temporary automation for washing machines, potential boost in business due to full/half naked washer girls, or extra profit for 'full service' (take that as you will).
A whole lot of ways to go with this.
Story is good. I do like how it is sandbox for the most part but if story missions opened up as you find items on the map or did certain checkpoints that would be good. IE kidnapping a girl glued to her computer and seeing that she's watching an all girl Esports team that you decide you just HAVE to have. So that opens up that mission to kidnap them from their hotel. Maybe repeatable missions as well, like sneaking into the police station to destroy evidence in order to lower your heat level instead of paying a bribe but only able to do when you're heat level is 2. High risk, high reward. Don't be afraid to reuse maps for missions as well, say the police station I mentioned, that could be reused for several missions: Heat reduction. story missions (kidnap a witness, kidnap detectives, rescue a black market member), and even freeroam (male guards respawn, females do not so long as you kidnapped them, but they get freed if you leave them there bound and gagged when you leave the mission)
Well it's a little annoying trying tos top the van sometimes or when a victim unexpectedly makes a right turn in front of your car. But for now it's manageable. I'd think the looting system could wait, for small things like watches, money, ect I'd keep it the same but maybe have a backpack show up on the avatar when he picks up larger stuff like laptop and jewellery boxes, backpack will go away and you 'cash out' when you go back to the van. Then large things should be sacked and behaved like sacked items, but maybe have something like you press E or another button to actually steal the item so you don't get into a situation where you're about to grab a victim and touch the TV instead and she turns around and starts screaming.
