Yohooooo! That's was fun and clever - snowballs bring nice dynamic to the final section of the game, the place where you literaly need to road on a snowball through the pit is fun but feels more like a bug due to inconsistent behavior of the snowball ( the game doesn't teach a player he can do such things and later this mechanics just never used ever again)
Good game, very fresh concept, fresh as ice
The concept is interesting, the 1-bit style works well - I like that green color shows the foreground layer to help navigating.
The controls are not very comfortable and some of the game mechanics are not well explained, so there was lots of confusion on how thing work and why I fall from the window e.t.c
I think that more freeform platforming gameplay could make the game more fun and addictive with the same visuals and game goal.
Thank you for such a sweet game and 3 great endings. This game could teach some good lessons that could save lives
I remember how painfully is was many years ago back in my student age realize a girl I love just kept my heart - keepin me on a distanse like a queen in a tower. The true love is only when both commit - I learn the lesson pretty fast, hope everybody else does.
Very nice game, screen shake in secret areas are dope - bless you!
This is brilliant, stupid, fun, unique, and beatiful at the same time))
I adore this strange experiment and I'm 100% into it - max grades from me
Also I lost my box pretty early and tried to deflect bombs with some random brick... but it doesn't work
Anyway - this game about messing around, losing, and than you kill the goofy boss
Why does turrets don't shoot? What's the point?
I run from monster all night - they didn't get me but the game turn into complete black screen and nothing happens for a long time...
I took many attempts and each time waiting for story text to go was annoying
I like the sounds, the art and the concept, I just still don't get how the game must be played if turrets do nothing and what I do wrong
What a GEM we have here! Absolute brilliance
The game is chill and fun, I love that this game is not that difficult - I have won on every map from the first take, but it's a good thing)) love everything

Come closer little folks, come closer so the bonefire will enlight you faces and my old eyes will be able to look inside your young souls. I'll tell you a story, this one you won't see in dusty old manuscripts, but only in whispers of the old ones. This story is all about the demon king, inside the divine sword, inside the tower, inside the 1-bit Jam game...
Congratulations on publishing a game, whatever if it works or not!
After reading a comments I realized there are "days" mechanic here)) I din't last that long due to incomprehensible lags that turn off the game really fast - there is something that needs to be done to optimize such a small game. Like propper "spawn" and "delete dead enemy from the game memory" algorythms. Good luck with that - it all comes with experience and time. Just make more games, don't stop.
I like the idea of combining platformer and tower defense, this game is just to lagy to test that idea.
This game is amazing, the music and visuals and concept are 10/10
Unfortunately, I think you guys overwork a little... this game could be much shorter and easier. I don't know how many levels left, but I rage quit
There was some levels where I thought "this is final test, I past it almost at random lucky luck - but than it turns out there will be much more places to suffer"
The game is realy fun! The concept is brilliant! The theme is awesome!
The only thing that constantly upset me during the gameplay is the enemy that magicaly traps you in a brick ring... every time that happens is like a "game over" for me - I just wait for bombs from the sky or whatever sets me free until the wrecking ball kills me due to my inability to escape the brick prison
This camera makes me dizzy...
It's strange, but seems like some platform are too high for a jump. Later I understand, that there is a wall sliding mechanic, but the game is so fast and so punishing, that there is no time to learn to do something.
This game could be more fun - it's just need a little fine-tuning, anyway - congrats on submitting a game
Very good!)))
I love the art and the concept
Things that feels clunky and upset are:
- there is no cayotee jump, the character constantly falls from platform and stuck in stairs
- there is not so much stuff you can throw, the skeletons at least drops skulls, but ghost always caught me off guard
This is very good game and the art is very pleasing - very good job! The game is fun!
First I was facinating by the music, the art, animations and the color pallete! Very polished visuals! Very nice start screen and game entry!
But then... the gameplay starts...
Honestly, I tried to like it, but it get harder and harder to have fun, and I see the reason why...
I like hardcore precision platformers - the core essence of them is that you keep learning to feel your character better and better so you can go through challenging levels after many tries and errors.
Here we have a new level after each death - which is a good thing, I kinda like it, but at the same time the character properties are also keep on changing: the movement speed, the jump height, the ability to bounce of of walls - everything is different every 10 seconds and there is no way I can start to feel my character better and play better.
It's like learning to play a song on a guitar but every failure the notes changes and every 10 seconds the guitar swaps to a piano or banjo or a drum set...
I like the visuals. but the challenge is too much for me
