Nice take on the theme. I like how some of the rooms have a similar layout, but add more spikes to make it really feel like it is the same room repeated. I felt like I got jumpscared by that ending xD.

Had a good time with this game. The game over screen is amazing. Not too sure how it fit the limitation though.

Thanks :D

I wasn't too sure on the main objective of the game, so I just kept shooting the asteroids xD. Controls are a bit difficult at first, but become easier to manage over time. I really liked the design!

I enjoyed the strategy with picking different cards. Text can be a bit too much at times, but I enjoyed the atmosphere and theme of the game.

Thanks for the review! Your vacuum cord is probably longer than the one in my game xD.

Thanks for the review! I'll probably work on improving the controls once the rating period ends.

Thanks!

I was actually going to use a roomba as the device to clean the room when the limitation was announced, but changed the device to a vacuum once the GMTK theme was announced.

After reading some of the comments, I do think that the controls could be improved, especially with certain hitboxes. I was thinking about using the mouse to point in the direction to face, but decided to use button inputs as I work primarily on a laptop. I'll experiment with using the mouse to point in a certain direction once the rating period ends.

Thanks for the review! As for the glitches, I was planning on fixing the issue with picking up both the outlet and vacuum at the same time, but didn't have enough time to implement the fix. The second issue I encountered when dropping the vacuum at a specific spot of the vacuum's radius. I thought I fixed it during development, but I later found out that it was still an issue. At that point, I didn't have enough time to fix it, so I put in a reset button just as a last minute fix. I'll work on fixing it once the rating period is over.

Really enjoy games like this! Managed to beat all 15 rounds after 3 attempts. That ending is evil, especially as I didn't use any shields.

Timing for headbutting is a bit short, but still a nice little game.

Very simple, yet fun. I don't think the shop is working as intended, as once I was able to afford a 60 coin hat, I only lost 10 coins. I still really enjoyed this game.

Really enjoyed the game! It is a very unique interpretation of the theme. Turning feels a bit odd, but I still had a fun time with this entry

That is a very unique way of interpreting the theme. Had fun with this entry.

I’m basically on the same boat. I can’t do pixel art very well, so I’ll probably go for some basic geometric shapes for my players and backgrounds

I have a few ideas, but I feel like some of them are too generic or not that original

This will also be a new experience for me. My main goal for this jam is to learn from this experience and have a great time.

There is an error when clicking the link. I can't check out your game due to Scratch not finding the url.

Thanks for letting me know. I changed it so you can't go as far in each side. Thanks for the feedback.

Interesting idea, although it is pretty difficult to keep track of everything that is going on. Great job!

This is really fun! The idea was executed pretty well in my opinion. This is definitely one of those games I would come back to from time to time.
