Thanks for the feedback! I'll increase the collider size and add a shadow beneath the star.

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

The screen shake and sound effects when hitting a spike were a painful! I loved it!

I would have liked to controls to be a little less sensitive though. Some parts of it were difficult not because I hadn't anticipated the problem, but because the controls took me further than I intended to go.

The punishing sound effects grew annoying then. I felt like I hadn't really deserved it.

Our games are similar! In mine, you have to collect the items though, so when I played this, I kept trying to collect the incoming balls of dark energy, trying to keep them away from the centre, which I was trying to protect!

I had fun playing it.

I really like the level design

God damn! That was excellent level design around a simple mechanic. I love how you use your corpse to aid in the completion of puzzles. I gave it a triple 5-star rating. Winner of the jam, as far as I'm concerned.

An impressive amount of art! The gameplay was a bit of trial and error, but I enjoyed playing with it! My game is kinda similar, but I'm a much better programmer than an artist, and it shows.

:-(

Weirdly soothing to play. I went with the same basic mechanic, but mine annoyed me at times (I was going for challenging).

I found myself smiling while playing. Little doses of dopamine. Well done on the feedback.

I enjoyed it. The controls were a little bit clunky, but the level design was interesting. I really enjoyed the ladder section, and the fake out with the So close...yet so far level.

I really like the way those worms animate.

There was a lot happening at the same time towards the end. Cluttered up the screen a little.

The animations are really cute! I didn't know what to do after I equipped the turret though.

That's a LOT of work for 48 hours.

Respect.

Interesting...
