Don't worry, I've called my lawyer to see why itch.io ignores those who want a refund (which is illegal).

If any moderator is seeing this, please contact Itch.io support URGENTLY.
We are many people who have been waiting for our money back for a LONG time and the support is not doing anything, they are not even responding to our messages... they are ignoring us.
Therefore, we are going to take legal action against them.
You are warned.
I await a response from the Itch.io Administration to clarify the issue of why they do not respond to refunds before this reaches the courts.
