I like the theme of your game. It was clear you thought out what you wanted it too be about. I feel like the gravity of the character needs to be increased because I found it very hard to go back down and avoid enemies even though I saw them coming clear in advance. Although not the goal of this class, I would have liked to see more themed art for your menu and you buttons so that everything is consistent! I like the concept of the game though and I feel like with a little more time on it then it would turn into something that is visually satisfying with great replayability like flappy bird!

This game has such a great story too it! I love how all in depth the characters are and their animations were super great! I think it would of been cool if they had different attacks they shot out too, but I know thats stretching it for this class.  I wish more of your game was themed around the characters though as you had some plain backgrounds and buttons on your page. Even though you had simple gameplay the depth of your lore more then made up for it. The character selection was a great touch that lets the player feel like they are more in control. Great game and I hope to see more!

This was a challenging but fun game. The puzzles were actually pretty engaging made me strive to do better every time I had to reset a level. I picked up on how to play game very easily with the starter level you included which I think is a good idea for all games to have. I guess the only thing I can gripe at is that the text doesn't mesh with the pixel art feel of your game. Great job though!

I like the underwater theme you chose for the game! Your art came out great. I like the mechanics of your game too where some fish are worth more then others. It really makes me think whether I want to go after that goldfish or not because I see that shark coming right behind it so I'm not sure if I want to risk it haha! I liked your idea of a scrolling background, I just wished that it would have been seamless. Photoshop is great for that kind of thing! I would have liked to see more buttons in your game as well to make it feel more interactive. The alert on the website page kind of breaks that immersion of being in the game. You have good mechanics and clean art though, great job!

Joel - You did a great first job on your pixel art. Your character especially looks good so keep practicing! Your construction theme was consistent throughout the game which I really liked. Although a simple game, it was satisfying. Although, I think the instructions were a bit lackluster and could have explained more how the game was operated. I wasn't for sure how to pick up boxes or drop them off at the pipes. I also didn't understand the lose condition of the game since I didn't know how my shift time kept going up? Although I liked the variety of boxes you included and it was  nice touch to make it so that more colors would start spawning later in the game. Great job!
