Here's my post-mortem~ I'm not the type to do devlogs so this felt a bit weird but the game jam itself was very fulfilling and a very new learning experience for me. Also touched on some updates for the future~!

Thank you for the very nice comment~ ^v^

Thank you very much~ :DD

The game was very challenging and difficult, but it was a satisfying win in the end, especially with the grappling hook~ :> Though I do have to report that there may need to be some limits with the grappling hook as I slung myself to the top of the tower with the first grapple haha~ >v< Either way, music & writing were great, maybe just some crisper designing of the platforming and movement next time, but the controls and abilities themselves were top notch~! :))

The game was nice~ :> The movement felt challenging but good I think once you could get the hang of it~ I wish there were more courses but solid game~ :DD

Thank you very much~ glad you enjoyed it~ ^v^

Thank you~ :DDD

Thank you~! ^v^

Thanks~ :3

Thanks~ ^__^

Thank you~ :>>

The game is great~! The gameplay loop of a roguelike was captured amazingly and the gimmick of reading spells and learning them as you die and repeat fits both the theme of this game jam and the game itself~ :> While there were some bugs (all of which could be fixed), the game itself was a 10/10 for me~

Thank you~ :>

This is a great puzzle game~! while lacking a concrete narrative, it makes up for it with the gameplay and puzzles and the additional challenge of being able to decipher which parts of the song played on which node~ :> I also liked how the music itself became more difficult to decipher by removing singing lines and just having the jazz instruments play~ amazing game for a game jam~!

This felt great~! One of my favorites in the Jam so far~! I wish there were more visual cues such as maybe text on screen of the narrator talking to help, but all-in-all, I feel the game achieved what I think it wanted to achieve~ :3

Really creative and interesting game & narrative~! My only criticism were the gameplay points felt a bit lacking and the controls were not that clear in the beginning, on the other hand, everything else was top-notch ~! :>

That's a criticism I got from the playtesters as well but I couldn't think of a short way to fix it in time~ ;'> But thank you for the comments~!

Amazing visuals and atmosphere~! despite there being little to no entities/characters, it really conveyed the atmosphere of its narrative well~ There were just some parts (mainly the forest) that kinda hurt my eyes a bit haha >v<

Really short and sad but nice~! Same criticism as Hero Robb in that I wish it went on a bit longer to explain why or what exactly happened~ But it got its narrative across really well which is great!

Thank you ^-^

Thank you!
