This is one of the coolest rhythm game ideas out there and the execution is already pretty good as well. The things I'd say had some problems are:

1. That you can't change the keybinds (I used autohotkey and was happy, but that's obv not a permanent solution '^^)

2. The way the calibration works is kind of weird. I play on 120ms and I hit at the correct timing for the beat, I do get the points as well, but the visuals seem to not be calibrated as well, meaning the blocks almost reach me when I hit them with near perfect timing.

Again, awesome game though, thanks for making this and keep it up! <3

tbf for me a handful of pretty random keys can close the game, but not Esc

I don't know the button you have to hold on your controller for this, but you're supposed to climb.

it's most definitely the more stylish way to get past though, already combining celeste and mario64 tech on the first jump. xd

sorry I thought you were one section further, you have to climb this one, holding the grab button (I don't know which button that is on your controller)

you can climb

you get your dash back if you're still moving on the ground and you walk faster for a short while after dashing, so spamming dash with short pauses to steer is similar to running ig

did you wall jump up to the moving platform?

I am a big fan of Celeste and I think this is a really nice 3D adaptation. Adding both wave-dashing and that kind of backwards-high jump, aka. combining the movement features from both games is just so fun to play around with! With that being said, I do not own a controller, so I have to play on keyboard. It's playable if you know how to remap your keys (I used autohotkey), but even then, using a mouse to control the camera would be a lot more comfortable I assume, or at least having the option to turn off automatic camera movement would be nice, since I use my right hand for dash, grab and the camera (6 keys total) and especially the B-side stages would probably take me half as many attempts if my camera just stayed in place (relative to Madeline's position). Still very fun though!
