And if it's an overlay problem, then just press alt and z at the same time, click on the gear icon, go to keyboard shortcuts, and change the (Toggle performance overlay)'s key bind to a different one. Example: alt 5, and wala! :)

whilst having nothing in your hands AKA the cigarettes pack, or lighter for example. hold alt then press R on your keyboard  :) as for lighting them up,  just hold alt again and press right mouse click
