After some digging, that's the information I've found as well. I also found this solution and tried it, but it didn't solve the issue for me. I did it in Paint 3D, but I still had the issue. Doing it in regular paint loses the transparency.

How should I export them then?

So I've run into this problem where if I have Texture Filtering off, the parts have this really unpleasant jagged tearing, but if I turn texture filtering on, then all of the parts have a 1px white outline that ruins the way the parts flow together. No matter what size I export the parts, the jagged tearing and 1px outline happens. Either way it makes the model unpleasant to look at, and I'm not sure how to solve this issue?

Setting the sprite animation settings in 1.3 and then opening the model in 1.4.5 seems to have set the sprite to animate properly, so this might just be some kind of visual bug in the 1.4 releases.

So I understand that normally "Animation Speed" controls how fast PNGtuber Plus cycles through a sprite sheet. I've got a model that I'm working on that uses a sprite sheet for the open mouth, and I have animation speed set to "1", but the frames are going so rapidly that there's practically an after-image and seeing multiple frames at once. It sort of works right if I open the model in 1.3, but I have the problem in both 1.4.2 and 1.4.5.
