Thank you! In a way, I find it refreshing to work on both, as it allows me to play around with very distinct mechanics and ideas while still progressing what is essentially the same project.

The save files and some of the general data structures are still WIP and being constantly reworked from previous versions, though that's currently a very low priority when compared to working on new features.
It's still very little impact on file sizes, and it's almost guaranteed the game will change enough from version to version that it'll break the older saves entirely, so at the moment I'm not paying too much attention to how the files are structured!

Changing the save file structure for user readability is not a priority at the moment, but as a tip if you want to get into modding games and figuring out how they work, you can format a JSON file for readability with text editing tools like VS Code. Just look for the "Format Document" option in the command palette and toggle on/off the areas you find to be redundant.

Those are great suggestions, most are already being worked on or planned for later in the roadmap.
Tutorial and fast-forward buttons are in the works.
The servant feature you mentioned is already planned, but you'll need to capture the invaders during battle (using unique rooms and creatures you'll be able to research). You'll then need to subvert them to your will through interaction, dialogue and waiting through ingame days. Captured and converted invaders will be able to invade other procedurally generated dungeons for loot, having you play on the opposite side this time, or used as slaves for extra resource production.
Lust stat will probably have other uses related to countering the disadvantage of trying to raise it during battle. Having the invader achieve "full lust" will grant you resource bonuses.
Males, fantasy races, furries and futas are already planned as future researchable content (so you pretty much only research what you want to see!).
