Thank you so much for playing and enjoyed the game!! I'm very appreciated!!
Playing the game again, I do realize how lackluster Richard's character is in the game, it's because I didn't establish him well enough throughout the whole game, so the twist at the end felt a bit bland and out of nowhere.
Richard was originally a much bigger character, had a lot more to do with the overall story and had a more significant role in the game. But while making the game, I was wanting to focus more on the concept of monster/animal hybrid and the struggles that our main character has to face against. I was too focused on that aspect and kind of forgot about Richard's arc. So I just poorly added his plot into the game without any proper explanation.
About Terry, as for now she is just an unidentified animal who has been abused by humans a lot and has been suffered through many years of torture.
The game has two endings. One with Eddie and Richard successfully escaped, and one with Richard killed Eddie. There was originally another ending with Terry somehow "kills" Eddie and brings Doctor Xavier's consciousness back to Eddie's body. But I felt like this ending was a bit too confusing, so I just scrapped it.
Again, thank you so much for playing the game! I'm really happy to know that you're able to play the game from start to finish and enjoyed it!!
YO, Congratulations, man!! I’m honestly speechless. I would never imagined a foreigner will actually finish the game, since the language barrier is huge, but you did it! Thank you so much for your dedication of playing my game. Even though it has another language entirely, you still gave it a try and finished it, so I’m really, really appreciate that, it means a lot to me.
If you want to ask anything, feel free to ask xD and hope you will look forward for upcoming projects of my team!!
ah yes, I almost forgot about that part :P. It's one of the more frustrating monster chase level compared to others. But you almost came close to the end of the game xD, I'm very impressed! That part was hard and challenging, but it's doable, you just have to push the crate as fast as you can, there are several ways to push it and eventually, you will find the fastest way xD!
Oh ok.
The stone that you've collected is one of 4 stones that you have to collect in order to open a big door in the church. And the "dây cột" is actually a "dây cót" - a mainstring that you can use it in the clock that is in the save room. Use it and the clock will stop tickling and a "đầu sư tử" stone will drop.
The stone you mentioned is probably the “đầu sư tử”, am I right? If that’s case, near the top-left corner of the map, there is a room where you can get a “mảnh ghép thứ nhất” on a statue. After that, place the “đầu sư tử” stone on the statue.
If there’s anything you’re curious about the game, feel free to ask ;) I’m really happy that you’re managed to play the game and get this far XD
Yo! I didn't expect you to go that far. You are about to finish the game! That's insane.
I'm actually surprised that you made it this far. If this is true, you've passed the hardest part of the game, since the first half of Retribution contains sections like prison and underground lab, which have two most difficult monster chase level in the game, and you beat them all!!
I replayed the game a couple of days ago and admittedly, the way I design these monsters and levels back then were pretty weird. Sometimes it feels very cheap for the sake of being horror in my opinion.
About the part where you stuck, you just have to keep running forward, don't go back, Edwin won't catch you. XD
