How do you do self training?

Yea, aevojoey's solution fixed it.  I have way too many characters, so I set everyone to rest, removed all hid ids and set worker to 0.

No, that's not it. Other characters can craft, but some characters always produce no progress. This is true even for upgrading where no items are consumed.

Certain characters can be assigned task, but no progress is made. For instance, a certain character is assigned to alchemy, but no goods are produced.

The servant that you get in the beginning cannot preform any task unless it's in a dungeon. You can tell them for upgrade for instance, but no progress will be made.

During sex, when you let someone lead can you make it so that who they will interact with during lead instead of them interacting with everyone?
