All good! Yes, after the submission window, voting will occur for 7 days right up to Halloween.

The dates are correct. Submission period goes for 7 days then voting goes for 7 days. Perhaps the link preview seems misleading, but the page itself has the correct development period with timezone adjustments.

No limits on team size, but we do recommend splitting teams up if they reach 6 or more members. A team of 4 is absolutely fine.
