Err. Good job.

I'm at 92% completion. Got everything except beating 4/20. I'll edit it when I beat it.

Gameplay is mostly identical to FNAF 1.


NOTES:

-Golden Freddy's creampie not being a creampie is upsetting. They are the best one and have the best scene.

-Like others have said, I wish there was a futa toggle, considering foxy's the most active guy. It's whatever though.


TIPS for OTHERS:

-For those struggling, cam stalling foxy is how you get past night 6. Every 2 seconds open cams and stare at her for like 4 seconds, repeat, classic FNAF strats. Since you can hear foosteps for bonnie and chica, you don't need to use the light on them unless to check if they gone. Freddy is at your door after 5 giggles, if she giggles again, back by 1, and if she giggles again, she at the door again.

-Spam the donut on the desk to fuck it.

-6969 on NIGHT 7 let's golden freddy fuck you and let's you unlock a golden freddy plushy.

-1987 is a thing you could beat to get more plushies.

Oh, I thought you could upload a file in the replies but I guess not lol. I think it'd be better if you join the playtester discord and  send me the save file there. Also, can you clarify which version are you playing, since you'll be trying out different versions I wouldn't be sure.


I did try version 0.1.2, and tested lieric pass on both Egor and Ivan and wasn't able to replicate the bug.

There's a chance that (if you transferred over the save from 0.1.1 to 0.1.2), some things may be a lil messed up BUT I don't think that'd be the case to be honest because you'd prolly have to start from the start to fight PogChamp and that kind of bypasses the thing with the problems that occur from transferring save files to newer versions of an rpgmaker game.

The bug might just be a "fault of the engine" kind of bug, because there have been bugs that I weren't able to repeat. That I'm not sure I've patched or not.

I post devlogs weekly, I also work on the game practically every day of the year. Tho it's still far from done haha, currently I'm in a rut in development but I'll get thru it and it'll give the best arc as of current in the story.


If you're going to go through multiple versions, it may get repetitive. If you find bugs, I might choose to not patch them if they're not game breaking but still do tell me them I guess.


If there's a version to skip, it'd be 0.3.6 because it's just there to be the first of the new art style.

0.3.1 has a lot of very unqiue assets and 0.5.6 is kinda peak. It has 2 endings, and it has terrain gimmicks that I haven't implemented in the current build yet but plan to. Also, it's the first with gameplay customization.

0.6.5 is also pretty damn unique, but is designed to (almost) mandate the player to practically have to fight everything to get by. Which is something I now changed.

Of course, 0.7.12, the current build is peak in my opinion.


I am tempted to upload 0.7.8, because it's a build where 1 party member is horribly unbalanced, where I could use them to cheese literally every fight (i think). I even had to hold back when playtesting the final boss before.


(Also, now I added "BUILD 1" onto Version 0.1.2)

I just checked it, and it seems I didn't clear the screen after the fight in this version. So, no, there isn't a way around it. "Technically" there is a way to beat the build as the only thing this does is cover the vision, but that's like asking a monkey to type shakespeare thru a typewrite "It's technically not impossible".

SO! I made a bug fix, I uploaded a special build named "Version 0.1.2" which fixes that bug., so just download that, copy your save folder and paste that in.

Oh, it's chill. I'll check it out later (I'm out right now), in my memory I do recall beating that build. If you could reply while attatching a zip.file of your save folder, that'll let me check out the situation in depth.


Also, it's cool that you're playing the older versions. What other versions have you played if you have?

I'm gonna assume Homophobic Difficulty may have bugs regarding mercury step and the speed being not properly managed in some events. Btw, you're gonna have to beat the whole build normally to undestand what to do in Homophobic difficulty.

That's great to hear.

I suppose a tip from me, is that as early as you can, star making your own sprites and try not to rely on the default assets. Skills in regards to drawing grow pretty quickly if you do this.

I am Very, Very much so. In regards to how much of Alias Conrad Coldwood's stuff I've listened too, I've listened to the Crying Girls album.

Octasouls, one of my first works, uses "Make a Wish" from that album.


The weird world aspect of Shudderly is 100% inspired by OFF, except, the world I made isn't "Surreal". Surreal meaning almost inexplainable, my world is more close to science fiction than it is surrealism.

The world building is closer to Attack on Titan than it is OFF tho.

The aspect of each region of the world having limited colors, is also based of off.

Chapter 1, Region 1 (Halvakross), is Pink and Cyan.

Chapter 2, Region 2 (Bartholomeo), is Teal and Green

Chapter 3, Region 3 (Metropolykon), is Red and Navy blue.

Chapter 4, Region 4 (Zireal), is Pure Purple.

I was able to cut down the maps to like 127, and since some maps are just for planning it's  probably less than that.

If this is Mission 2.

There are papers about the 3 aliens you met at mission 1. You may notice they each have 1 highlighted letters colored blue.

You can also see in the basement, there's a paper that says:

# + # + # =  4 digit passcode.

The number signs are colored blue as well. I think you can figure it out from there.

To those who see this game or found it from the spinOFF's section of the OFF Wiki. This game is as it claims to be, a very little OFF fangame.

There are arguably just 7 rooms, even though it says there are 10 maps. 2 rooms with puzzles, and the last fight can be beaten with 1 move. Not much of the lore intrigue you'd want from an OFF fangame but it's just a small "what if" scenario.

Minor bug but hey, thanks for letting me know. I'll get to it in a few hours.

If you have collected 4 bottles of milk, and you go down the first rope to the mom boss, a party member will join you if you have an empty party member slot.

Also, if you need help with Layer 2. I made this guide for Layer 2. You don't HAVE to try to beat the game, no shame if you gave up, I made it really hard.

The censored option makes them bunny girls, or wear something that censors the crotch or the breasts. Since you're asking that, that means you didn't censor nudity. Good choice, that's cannon.

Oh, The Hoppers do stop intentionally when the fingers grab you. I did that to let the Statues be the one who kills you.
It IS hard, I did intend it to be really hard.

S.O.S Call is an hour or 2 long horror game where you start off going to ship wrecks under a job where you find survivors of ship wrecks. As you rescue more survivors, you will find roaming aliens that dwell the ship wrecks.

You get involved in a conspiracy of astronauts being killed off in order to hide secrets.... Truth be told, the reality was much, much worse.

Yo, I'm doing well. The build that you're playing now is a super early build of the game. The post you're commenting on is probably 7 months old, and so is the build. I just re-published the post.


The bug you're talking about I fixed it already, and this mission's pretty easy, I have another post that I made minutes after re-publishing this one. And yes, the rescue sound is from moist critikal.

I can bring it back now, but I did plan to just bring it back once I'm done with it and I'd just be leaving it empty for a while since college got me busy. But! I'll bring it back for you since it isn't much a hassle to do so.

As of current, the game is only a demo and is 1/3 way complete. It's not like it'll take a long time to make, probably 2 weeks if I work hard but this is just something I made in my spare time and not my passion project. Decided to put it up for the world to see, because why not?

The game (so far) is completable within 3 minutes if you're skilled enough but it might take people around 15 or 20 if they're still learning the mechanics.

Octasouls is a very old game I've made, and is very akin to early 2010 indie horror game. Where you collect a certain amount of objects and evade entities hunting you down. It's a very short game and can be beaten in under 5 minutes... in the correct attempt that is. There is lore that you could find within the game if you're interested in that. Oh yeah, last warning the jump scares are loud.

I decided to include this into my itch.io portfolio because I find myself replaying this game every now and then for fun. Maybe other people could have fun with it as well I thought. It made me think of the classic japanese indie horror game called "Death Forest" which surprisingly, despite being a very simple game, garnered massive attention in Japan and even got 5 movie adaptations. So you know, maybe simplicity in horror is simple. How scary is this game? My standards of horror are different now than before, this game isn't as scary but it is intense.

I patched up the game and did some changes before releasing it for the world to see, as I feel like these changes would benefit the game.

Just found the bug and patched it out in a new build, you were just a couple rooms from seeing the ending. It's weird though, I didn't encounter that bug nor did others for the 2 years this was out. Anyways, just transfer your save to this new version. If you don't know how to transfer save files of RPGMaker games then just reply here and I'll tell ya.
