Pretty cool! I really like the art. Winter amidst spring does not feel so strange nowadays :)

Nice. Simplistic and appealing. Not really a game but I like it.

Ugh I can't try it since I'm using linux but the art looks very nice. Congrats on that!

Is this procedurally generated? The visuals are very appealing and the game shows a lot of potential if further developed! I also love that you use godot, the best engine! :D

Very nicely implemented and finished! I love how you can actualy loose yourself playing that. Very nice!

Can you please share their response here?

Hey all! First of all, thank you very much for the organization. I am very new to game dev and 3D and I think I made one of my favorite projects.

About 30 minutes after the jam I saw that I have a small bug - the player can jump while in the air and decided I want to reupload the project fixed. I removed the bug, deleted the game files from the website and then I saw that uploading is forbidden :D . Is there any way to upload my final version? This is the project: https://itch.io/jam/olc-beat-the-boredom/rate/609245 (Don't hesitate to leave feedback btw :D)

Any help will be very appreciated! Thank you in advance and apologies for my mistake.

Thank you! We are considering turning it into something bigger.

That was challenging! I liked the game. It is dynamic and it gives me somewhat of an adrenaline rush. Maybe the sliding could've been slightly less but overall I felt good while playing.

Thank you for the kind words! Eventually we will turn the idea into something bigger.

Nice! I myself am not a big fan of pixel art and still, the setting of the game was very cool and relaxing. The core idea on its own is somewhat exotic and adventurous. I really like that. What I missed a little bit while playing was being able to move diagonally (but I can understand if this is a design choice) and maybe a short cooldown to the camera so that it feels a little bit more realistic and it's harder to double click and make a double.

Congrats for the effort!

O_o that's the spirit! Glad you like our designers' work!

Thank you! Yes, we focused on many things and the final result is that the game is rather short. Hopefully we will be able to update it further.

Thank you!  Yes, we actually spent a lot of time developing the behavior of the different ships which is why we don't have so much bosses and mechanics.

Thank you for the feedback! We were planning to make more enemies and mechanics, including better AI, more skills etc. but the time was not enough. Hopefully we will continue developing the idea :)

It is a fun idea and the movement and the cube is really nice. With some more time this can become pretty addictive game in my opinion :)

So simple yet so complex and astonishing! I find it beautiful that such a cool effect can be achieved with seemingly simple means.

During the last days the player is like General Grievous from star  wars :D It is a really fun game! One thing that maybe can be improved is that, at least in my opinion, the game was the hardest somewhere during the middle levels, then it became easier because of the stronger weapons. But that guy has a big arsenal in his house, duh. Maybe that's why he always comes back to play with the zombies :D

I like the mood. You think you have achieved the setting you were looking for. Spooky, dark, mysterious.

Woooo! Who doesn't need to crash some stuff when bored at home! It feels very good. Fast, smooth and appealing. I can see how this can grow and expand and become a very interesting game.

Nice! It is a very cool idea that can easily be scaled and become even more challenging and addictive. The graphics are also really appealing.

This is my favorite game in the jam so far! It looks really polished and feels great while playing. Congrats!

I think the idea is quite creative. I find it impressive how finished the game looks given the time.
