This is very cool! I’d love for you to share the source code for the game with us. I’m sure a lot is others would benefit from it as well 😄

Thank you! I’m looking forward to learning from your implementation 😊

This is amazing! Could you be able to share the source code for the game?

Thanks so much. And you’re right. I also wrote a short blog on the implementation of raycasting in this game on my blog

I’m colourblind :(

Amazing asthetic but a not so easy gameplay. Would you share the source code? (Not for the gameplay 🤣)

Very fun concept 😁

Amazing gameplay, story, assets, everything! I loved it, it felt like the game was made for this jam.

Now you gotta document your process in creating the game in gmk and running it on the psp! I’m sure others would love to read that as well 🙂

Very cool submission. I really like the 3d models. I appreciate you giving us the source, now I gotta try out Stardust too ;)

The game is incredibly cool. This is the first time I’ve this 2.5D style asthetic and I dig it! Very enjoyable.

Haha, the snake is a very unique concept I must say. I understood the game after reading the instructions though. The 3d elements are very distinctive and cool. I’d appreciate it if you could share your source code and some details about the implementation process :)

Thank you. It is raytraced but not in the classic way. The map is not divided into grids, the walls can be generated randomly with no restriction on its placement :D

The texture mapping is very buggy since I didn’t know if SDL allows floats to be placed in the texture reacts source for selection. As of now it takes the floor to the nearest integer for the texture position. I think this can be fixed but it requires some refactoring to the code 😅

Haha, now that I think about it, I should have used better sprites for the walls but the deed is done now I guess 😅.

Thanks a lot for playing

Would you compile a linux build or have the project linked to a public git repository?
