Before the deadline, will all the games be viewable and playable? What I mean to ask is, throughout 14th April till 24th of April,

will our games be viewable and playable by everyone? What if when we submit before the deadline, then other participant is intrigued by our ideas/games and decide to copy our games? Plagiarism

Does it mean we are offered by 99 to have them publish our games, but keep the rights to refuse, or cancel, doing it later, or what?

Or does it mean, when other publishers, other than 99, want to offer publishing of our game, 99 jam can jump in and reject and let 99 have the right instead, or what?

Hi. If I win among top three, is it plausible if I don't want to go to Singapore? 

Will there be grand priz, first prize, runner up, second runner up, and fifth to tenth placer, consolation prize? Or will there be only three prize winners in this jam?

I know we can only make the game once we've been given the theme to work on. But will it be okay if I preemptively make the graphics, code and/or songs for the game before the theme reveal?
