I just reviewed my sister's account and I don't understand why but the bundle that i bought it's associated to her account, I'll have to buy the bundle again, thanks!

4 days ago I bought the bundle without an account created, I opened the email link only once and everything was ok, but then I created an account with the same email address; the link has dropped and it doesn't appear in the "bundles" section of "my purchases" either, I've sent many emails to the support but nobody answer me, can someone help me please? :c
