4 days ago I bought the bundle without an account created, I opened the email link only once and everything was ok, but then I created an account with the same email address; the link has dropped and it doesn't appear in the "bundles" section of "my purchases" either, I've sent many emails to the support but nobody answer me, can someone help me please? :c
they sent me a new url but the link's still sends me to "https://itch.io/b/520/bundle-for-racial-justice-and-equality" :c

Yeah, same. My link in the email worked fine from Sunday to Tuesday, then starting Wednesday afternoon it just redirects to the purchase page. I requested a resending of my purchases and the site sent me a list of the products I had already downloaded from the bundle, but I still have no way to access the bundle itself.
As far as I'm aware, I had never made an account before I attached my github to create my current account.
And I've tried the link in my email logged in, not logged in, and in incognito mode.
Edit: I also didn't create the account until after my link had already stopped working.
Edit 2: I created a bookmark of the original link, and had been using that successfully for the first three days, and have also re-clicked the original link in my email numerous times, so not a typo or bad copy/paste issue.
Edit 3: Just realized what happened and confirmed it. My 13-year-old daughter saw I had gotten the bundle, took my link, and attached it to her account. Frustrated, but at this point if she's using it I'm just going to buy myself another copy.
