Thank you!

Yeah, the torches and dashing were very late additions so I didn't have much time to balance them properly.

The point of the torches was to serve as a disposable item that you could drop anywhere and use to mark your way back if you wanted to, and as a melee weapon that's stronger than the wand but leaves you more vulnerable.

Thank you for the feedback - much appreciated!

The trick is to constantly move and strafe around the skeletons - they are faster but have slower acceleration, so strafing, tapping sprint and hitting them to knock them back is the trick (The torch can also hit multiple enemies at once and does more damage, but leaves you more vulnerable.)

And yeah, having too many skeletons hitting you at once effectively stun locks you.

I will definitely keep these things in mind for future updates - Balance adjustments and difficulty options are in the to-do list :)

Pretty fun once you get the hang of the physics and speed, although the camera spazzed out uncomfortably

I was loving this up until the enemy character that follows you around shows up - it gets quite confusing and I wasn't able to get past it. Pretty fun still, and beating the puzzles was immensely satisfying.

I can't believe i did the asteroids part 3 times. Soul crushing.

I liked the challenge, though! The concept and writing are pretty clever.

Hello :)

I made a challenging Roguelite for this jam called Thieving Hexe:

The loop theme comes into play on the second stage of each level - where after collecting a valuable fragment from each castle you have to do the level again but in reverse and under a time limit.

I'd love to hear everyone's feedback!

I love the concept, the game is neat but yeah, can really see the 24 hours in the overall polish and content.

An undo feature would do wonders for sure, on the final level it can sometimes be more frustrating than fun.

This game is HARDDD. Really cool music and artstyle, very reminiscent of blueprints/instructional videos as someone mentioned earlier, reminds me of Portal's Aperture Science.

I do feel like the controls can be improved though, and it does feel a little buggy in places.

Love the music, the style and the difficulty is super fair all throughout while still challenging. Found the loop mechanic super original as well.

Pretty entertaining. Loved the music, found myself playing to the beat.

Hi!

I'm a pretty experienced hobbyist C# and 3D Unity programmer. I also love game design.

I've got a bunch of C# and mostly C++ reverse engineering/modding projects available on my GitHub:

As for Unity projects, I've made a Minecraft-like infinite block world engine and an unfinished proof of concept reimplementation of The Sims 2:

I also enjoy modelling in Blender, although this is not my forte and more of a "side" hobby I could make 3D assets for a game:

Other things like sound design or music I can't do.
