Hey there!

First of all thanks for playing our game and giving us valuable feedback. That's always the best for us. The graphics were very, very important to me and Emily and that's why we put a lot of time into it and day/night shifts as much as possible, so we really appreciate that feedback. :)

We also had the plan to make more variations of the guns, more upgrades but you know, GameJam, only ten days and a week with fulltime-job in between. :D

The Screen-Capture thing we've noticed aswell and also thought we fixed it but some people still seem to have the problem.
The Enemys behind the door I've noticed aswell but haven't had a deep talk with the programmer about that for now, since it's voting period but we definitly going to check that out.
For the performance problem we also uploaded a Windows version ( yes for Jam Games sometimes annoying to download etc)

But we really value the feedback and thank you again! :)
Wish you the best!

Thank you! This was my second Jam so far but this Team was just amazingly good and nice. We also sadly know about those bugs and I think 4-5 hours before deadline a lot of things broke but we still managed to do it the best way we could!

Thank you again for playing our little game. :)

Thanks a lot. That means a lot to me and the team. We put a lot of sweat and hard work into it. :D

(1 edit)

You. Are. A. Maniac. The fact that you pulled that off alone is crazy to me. I mean, of course you used premade Assets but even that fact doesn't change how cool your game is.

It was fun and challenging at the same time and those little Thiefs gave me a nightmare with their left-to-right movement. Really well done. The Boss was also cool!

I don't know if that's intended but the Wizards (when they explode) everything around them dies? At least that happened a few times. Also the Wizard smoke explosion doesn't fit the style of the game. But that's just really, really minor issues I've seen. :)

I also would've wished for different Power-Ups or even a Shop where you can buy upgrades (more arrow etc) but die to the lack of time during a GameJam that's just a wish. :)

Really, well done man. You had good gameplay, a cool Menu, even an intro.

I think I've either bricked your game or finished it. After 4,3m points in score no enemys were spawning anymore. :D But it was a fun and little experience (okay, I'll admit, I just spammed spacebar) but the sounds are good and fitting to the asthetics and the spaceship looks so good!

The fact you did that alone is incredible to me btw.

Also really like your Itch.Io Page. Not just blank, you also put love in that.

Super cute little game I have to say. It's nothing new, nothing super exciting but it's made with a lot of love, especially when it comes to the Art-Style. The fact you did this alone, including modeling, texturing, coding, programming (and probably sleeping sometimes aswell) is incredible. Well done! :) And that little Punk Duck looks so good!

I did not really get the point of the game but maybe I'm just too stupid. :D But for me it was a really chill watching experience and dying zombies. Loved the sounds tho, super funny. Asthetics also looked pretty good and worked well together.

Well done! :)

Cool entry for the GameJam! As it seems like you've worked alone it's incredible that you did a lot yourself, modeling assets, animation and then also the colouring, coding etc. Really well done. As some people mentioned before some VFX or casual projectiles from Towers are missing. :) But overall really good entry.

Cool idea for a game and well done with the physics and asthetics of the game. This would be such a good mini-game for all those Mario-Bros Games. :)

Glad we were able to achieve the vibe we wanted to go for. That was definitely our main goal, besides 200 different things but most of it we were able to accomplish, even sometimes more than expected.

Thank you for playing it 🙌

Dang! Thank you so much for playing our little Game! And thanks for all that positivity, my heart is melting.

We would've liked also a few things differently and more enhanced but... It's a GameJam, time is running faster than you expect it to be :D

But the team is really, really glad that you liked it. We put a lot of sweat and tears into it. (Yea people even worked when they had super bad weather conditions :D, they are all crazy)

Thanks a lot again and I wish you just the best.

Thank you a lot for playing our little game. We had more levels planned and also wanted to spent more time with level design but as you know, it's a GameJam, a lot of us a new to this and a lot of stuff can go wrong during that time. After the votings are done we definitely going to polish it and maybe expand it a little bit :) so we will also definitely look into your feedback and try to solve these issues.

I wish you all the best :) and thanks again!

Thanks for that feedback. I agree the Shotgun should be more powerful and when I animated it in Blender I looked a little bit more powerful, same with the walking animation but as you said, it's a GameJam, just a few days next to full-time job and ofc learning new stuff.

I'm also glad you liked how I introduced the team but for me this is always important! Even if 80% of the people might not even read it.

We still have some issues with the ai being invisible atm and are on it to fix it :). But thanks for the information.

Aw. Thank you so much. I don't even know how to reply to that humble message. That really means a lot to all of us! I'm super glad I had the opportunity to work with such great and inspiring people.

Awesome that you like the game and hell yea, Luca put out a banger Menu Theme. I also spent so much time in Menu while making the Art haha.

If you noticed any bugs pls let us know. The first bug fix will come hopefully today. :)

Thank you! That means a lot to us! Glad to hear you think it's well polished, because in our mind we need to still fix a lot of bugs. Haha. Glad you liked it! :)
