Did you manage to get it yet? There is nothing secret about it. Gag is 8 and new color is 12. They get unlocked randomly at the end of a level.

Exactly. I'm intrigued by that too, would be nice to know from the developer if its already included in the game.

I did with the legs tied also, just had to be careful not running out of air. You can actually see your captor behind the glass room and adjust your timing (when to leave the stairs corridor towards the elevator room). But I only managed to unlock the catsuit in that level.

I managed to clear that level fully taped, its a bit tricky because you need to use R a few times with you feet near the key (placing your feet under the table below the key seemed to work better), eventually you will manage to grab it somehow. Then the door you can open normally with your feet on the handle. You don't get any secret reward though. I'm still puzzled by the ballgag...
