I managed to clear that level fully taped, its a bit tricky because you need to use R a few times with you feet near the key (placing your feet under the table below the key seemed to work better), eventually you will manage to grab it somehow. Then the door you can open normally with your feet on the handle. You don't get any secret reward though. I'm still puzzled by the ballgag...
