Me when the transient parent has another exclusive child

This is amazing! The gameplay flow is great, concept executed masterfully. I'm hooked!!! :D

Thank you, I’m so glad you like it and that it feels satisfying!!! :D

I like their faces too, I love drawing funny faces!

Thank you for playing!!! :)

Yeah there’s no phone support for now. That’s a good idea, I’ll keep it in mind! Thank you very much! :D

Mmmmmh yessss goblinssss

Great job! The shield is my favorite, it's friend-shaped, smiles, protects you, you can't ask for more!

Amazing all around. Great art, music, sound design, game design. I'd love to see this expanded, I could see myself playing this on my phone for hours. Great job!

I liked the artstyle a lot! Struggled a bit with the rolls, I felt like I couldn't be able to progress at times. Felt a bit too chaotic. However, I like it! Good job! :3

Best entry I've played so far! Loved pretty much everything about it, you took full advantage of your concept by executing it really well! A couple of feedback, hope you haven't already received:

• I would've loved a little "presentation" of the level, just to make sure I know where the various rocks and enemies are, and how many of them there are, before the die starts rolling (which covers a lot of the scene)

• There's no way to know how farther can the bullets go in advance. There's the feedback on the mouse (appreciated) to know if the bullet hits or not, but other than that, there's really no way to know in advance if you'll be able to hit the enemies or not. If you plan on expanding the game, it might be worth it to tell the player how far can the bullets go.

• The damage output of the enemies is very random, sometimes they deal 2 damage to you, sometimes they kill at half health. It was a bit offputting and sometimes killed me out of nowhere.

Other than these couple of things I noticed, I really can't say much. It was an excellent time, loved the vibe, the gameplay was great and incorporated very well the concept. You should be proud! Amazing job! :D

(1 edit)

This concept (and its execution) scratches a specific itch on my brain in a greatly satisfying way. Great job!

It was nice! I like the concept. As others said, there were no penalties for the reroll, so the gameplay felt less about the dice and the randomness and more about what values I needed to use to pass the level. The gameplay is still good this way, you made a really cool puzzle game. Great job!

Certainly an experience! I did not understand how to play, but I liked the aesthetics and the sound effects. All in all I think I liked it? Keep it up!

Super fun game and concept, I love it! And for a great cause too.

Great job! :D

Highly anticipated and it was great! The town seemed a bit too big, so I agree with other comments that something like a map would be very useful. I still enjoyed this demo a lot, and I can't wait to play the finished version!

I love this! I really like the new take on the genre and the implementation of it :)

Thanks a lot! Glad you liked the twist :)

I'm glad you liked the demon mode. Making it satisfying was crucial!

Thank you for playing! :D

Thank you! Glad you had fun! :D

Thank you! :D

Thank you! Glad you liked it so much! :)

Thank you very much! :D

Very good! Can't get past 4th level, but I had a lot of fun! Both hard and addictive! Great job!

Really love the idea and really love the gameplay, the one thing that I found difficult was managing the chicken to avoid going in shooting mode while having to still recharge — maybe a "recharging bar" can help visually tell the player how much time for the recharge is left. Still, great job and great game! :D

Very cute! Cool idea, nice execution and I love both the music and the character's face :') I just wish it was longer, I had a lot of fun!

Great job!

Really like this! I love the artstyle and I love Bob's design, as stated by others I wish the key re-assigning process was less tedious, but it's a great concept nonetheless.

Good job! :)

I really like the idea! I wish the restart after dying was faster, but it's a fun game nonetheless and the graphic is really really cute. Great job!

I don't know if I understand what was going on, but the artstyle is very good, and I enjoyed my brief time hunting for lotuses. Good job! :)

Very fun! I like the level design and the visuals, great job!

Congrats, you made me strategize to pee. And I had fun. :')

Thank you very much! Maybe I'll make an updated version in the future :)

Thank you very much! :D

Thank you very much! I'm glad you enjoyed getting out of control, making sure it was the fun part of the game was my main concern :)

Thank you very much! Glad you enjoyed it :D

Thank you very much! :D

I'd really love to make a saving system for the game, but unfortunately I had to leave out some features to submit before the deadline. I'll keep it in mind for a possible future update though!

I like this! I couldn't really go that far but the idea is very good. Seeing what weapon is next is also very nice, and the art is very cool too. I'd love to have the option to speed up the enemies' moves though, since when it's their turn and they're more than one or two they'll make you wait quite a bit for your next turn.

I love the way you implemented the theme too, the protagonist's disorganization is quite reletable :) Great job!

Excellent idea! I can feel things getting out of control and I had to plan jumps ahead (and I discovered I'm very bad at that lol). Great job! :D

Thank you very much! :)

Hiya! I bought this in a bundle and I'm loving it.

I used some of your music in the game I made for the GMTKJam 2020.

Here's the link if you want to check it out :) https://ludosgd.itch.io/unstable-derpy-slimey-alien-robot-from-outer-space

I credited you in the game description, hope I'm doing it right, if there's anything else I need to do let me know.

Have a wonderful day! :)

The title is indeed very silly, I'm glad you like it so much :)

Thank you very much! :D

Making the game fun through gameplay while following the theme was my main concern, so I'm really happy the effort got noticed. Thank you very much! :D

This was really fun! The art and the music are awesome and the unique gameplay is very addicting!

I'd really love an even more juiced up version of this! Great job!
